Si trova a circa un miglio da Pacific Beach e da tutti i ristoranti e club che ha da offrire.

La casa stessa è un duplex a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Rimango qui quando non è in affitto e lo ADORO. Ha due camere da letto e due bagni (ottimo per avere il secondo bagno). C'è un letto matrimoniale nella prima camera e un letto matrimoniale e matrimoniale nella seconda camera. La seconda camera ha una doccia mentre la prima è solo una doccia. Ha una grande connessione internet e TV in ogni stanza con telecomandi via cavo. Ha sempre lenzuola pulite e asciugamani in abbondanza per la casa e la spiaggia.
Possiedo altre case vacanza e prendo MOLTO sul serio i miei inquilini. Voglio rendere il vostro soggiorno eccezionale e fare tutto il possibile per fornire tutto il necessario per la durata del vostro soggiorno.

The 717 San Luis Obsipo was ok. We think that it is ok for weekends or 3-4 days but not three weeks. The kitchen is very very very small, just one drawer for cutlery. No pyrex bowls, several bowls said that they couldn't use for microwaves, etc. We had a big dog and we couldn't eat in restaurants very day and cooking was not good because of the small kitchen. The bedrooms, baths, washer/dryer. were great.

The property was just as described and very clean/tidy. Everything was well stocked. It was great to have garage parking just a heads up that a mid size SUV is the largest you could probably fit in there. Location was very nice with easy access to the beach or bay and only a brief walk to the pier or Belmont park. Now to the main FLAW. The walls are so thin!! This isn’t something that I blame the owner for but it is something I think people should be aware of. The unit is on the first floor and you hear every movement of the guests upstairs. From walking to closing cabinets and rolling their suit cases. We had guests stay above us that had a kid that played ball in the house and there was constant stomping, running, chairs moving and dogs barking starting at 6am. So if you are a sensitive sleeper or easily annoyed by noise I would consider another property. Note to host. I’m not sure what the listing says for the upstairs unit but informing them to be curious to the downstairs guests should definitely be in the rules. :)

This is our second time staying here. I love this place. I love how close it is to the beach, it’s cozy, and a perfect spot! The week we were here there were dolphins right on the shore every morning too! The only thing I struggled with was the tv. None of us could figure out how to turn on the Roku on any of the tv’s in the house. We thought maybe it was battery related but I just assumed it was my own fault. We will be back!

This property was nice and spacious for a family of four. The location was great as it is very close to the beach and many amenities.

We loved the place, the set-up, the location and the decor.
Location is about 50 paces from the Mission Beach boardwalk and close to basic necessities (within 1 block).
The host was very responsive to our requests.
We are strongly considering requesting this spot again next year. Our dog was so happy to be there, we had trouble getting him back in the car when it was time to leave.

Loved the location of this property. It is just a half a block from the beach so you get the beach without the crowds and noise. There is a great coffee shop just a block away that I went to every morning. I took advantage of the washer and dryer because I booked for an extended stay. I would highly recommend this property.

We had small black ants in the kitchen.
The people who rented the upstairs apt were very noisy. I talked to them once and told them nicely but it didn't seem to help.

Perfect location only 50 yards from mission beach, coffee shop right across the street, barely had to drive anywhere . House had everything we needed and the patio/fire pit was a real gem and where we spent most of our time. SInce this is one block off the boardwalk, privacy is much better than similar boardwalk options. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at San Luis Obispo! We spent a lot of time on the generous sized patio. The bbq grill and fire pit were great! It was nice not to pack beach towels....one less thing to worry about.

Nice clean property with sufficient room for a family of 6. Really enjoyed the perfect location between Belmont Park, steps from Mission Beach and quick walk across the street to Mission Bay to catch the summer time fireworks from Sea World.

We loved our time at this property. The beach is literally a 45-second walk from the front door. We found lots of sea shells and enjoyed our time together.

Location was perfect. 2 very short blocks to the beach. A cute little mart across the road and a block down that basically had anything you needed if forgotten. Management was quick to reply and message with questions. Location makes it about 20 minutes to most attractions. Multiple bike rentals near by. CVS about a mile and a half away great morning walk also by Ralph’s Grocery. We would definitely stay here again or at another one of their properties!

We stayed on both the top and bottom units for a family wedding. Great location and property. Hosts were extremely responsive and provided all the help we needed. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing, the noisy upstairs tenants made relaxing difficult. It sounds like they are moving furniture and stomping which I’m sure they weren’t but it was pretty bad. The place is tidy but by no means clean. Bring your own pillows and extra blankets too. The pillows provided have a fishy smell and there were no extra blankets.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this property for 5 nights. The location is ideal—steps away from the ocean & Mission Bay. Restaurants nearby with easy access to freeway to explore other areas of San Diego. We enjoyed the fire pit on the patio. Another group was renting the upstairs unit during our stay, but we hardly noticed them. The property manager was attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. Thankfully we had no issues during our stay but I have no doubt if there had been a problem the manager would have been very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great family surf trip to Mission Beach! The place is in a great location close to everything…steps to the beach and walk/bike path on one side and cross Mission Blvd. to get to the bay the other way. There are plenty of good options within walking distance. The place was clean and had everything we needed with a perfect layout for our family of 6. We had a minor issue with the tv and Chloe, who manages the property. was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with and got it taken care of ASAP!

We do an annual trip to Mission Beach for a long weekend, but last year's closures had us do a week stay this year to catch up, we cook for each other and spend time enjoying each others' company. The kitchen was not really set up for us to do that without improvising. The place was clean, but for details like the baseboards etc. Realize sand gets everywhere, but needs to be cleaned up, too. Easy location to beach, and firepit was a great outdoor plus.

I didn’t expect it to be spotless since it is on the beach but the place looked like it is only superficially cleaned after each use. When I walked in it smelled like a wet dog. I had to bleach the whole place and turn on a bunch of candles to get rid of the smell. You could not touch curtains without getting dust bunnies in your throat. Upset to find oven wasn’t working while I was cooking. BBQ grill wasn’t working the day I planned a bbq.... other than that the location is great . I didn’t call the manager when I found all that problems bc the cleaning needed days ofDeep cleaning .. and grill/oven i needed that minute and couldn’t wait so i decided I would tell them upon checkout for the next guest. You would think the manager would do a walk through at least one a week .. or even month. When your on vacation you expect the place to smell certain way and everything to work. I would definitely not rent this property again.

Had an amazing time spending the holiday week with family! We rented this unit and the upstairs unit to accommodate close family which ended up being so convenient. The units were clean upon arrival and between the units had what we needed! It was great to have the whole garage to ourselves which fit two medium size SUV’s, although at times we found parking close by outside the units. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys; our boys loved building on the sand and boogie boarding in the water! (they didn’t care the water was a little chilly, lol!) Having the beach and bay just a few steps away was so convenient. We also loved that this was a pet friendly unit, as we always travel with them. It was thoughtful of Chloe to check in on us after the first night to see how it went and offered to be contacted anytime if we needed anything. We will definitely rent with Chloe again, whether here or another unit! Thanks so much for allowing us to have such a memorable time!!
