Questa casa è stata recentemente aggiornata e offre una grande open space (soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo), un portico solare recintato e climatizzato sul davanti della casa, una terrazza privata fuori dalla camera da letto principale e un ambiente privato cortile. C'è anche una casa di cabana con TV, suono, un bar e un divano. Questa posizione ideale è molto vicino alla spiaggia ea pochi isolati dalle attrazioni di Beach Haven, tra cui Fantasy Island (a 2 isolati), Bay Village (a 4 isolati), Thundering Surf Water Park (a 3 isolati) e molto altro ! C'è un parcheggio fuori strada per una macchina, un parcheggio in strada di fronte alla casa, e 4 badge sulla spiaggia sono inclusi nel prezzo del noleggio.

This place is in the absolute BEST location! Only 1 block to the beach, and every great breakfast place, restaurant, bar, store, ice cream shop, or arcade within a 4 block radius. The house had way more than enough space for our family of 4 and our dog. Extra points for the outside shower - so relaxing after a day at the beach. Additional extra points for the 2nd floor deck. Great to unwind with a drink at the end of the day. The contact Nathan is wonderful and very chill. He made it so relaxing. 10/10 would stay here again.

Needed a place to stay for a Family wedding. The house was big and spacious! Bedrooms were a nice size! Great location. Would definitely rent again…

Perfect location for families. Close to beach, water park, restaurants, Fantasy Island. Ample parking on street. Quiet street which was great for a baby that goes to bed in the early evening. Extra amazing that we were able to bring our dog and there was still plenty of floor space even with his large crate set up in the living room. My only wish is that the back patio was fenced in so our pup could hang with us back there without being on his leash. Everything else was exactly what our family needed for the week. Would definitely stay at Nathan’s place again!

Overall a really good trip...property condition is fairly clean when we arrived but we did a more thorough cleaning before moving in. Great location and was able to take advantage of both the beach and downtown which is all walking distance. Only suggestion to the owner would be to consider replacing the downstairs bed.

The home is situated right in the center of it all, on Beach Haven. All the restaurants, bars and shopping you will need are within walking distance. We also highly recommend this home for those who have pets traveling with them. The home is secure and has a great climate control system keeping the home very comfortable.
We cannot wait for 2022 and our next stay!

Happy to find one of the few remaining traditional cape cod-style homes on the island to rent for our family. Nice to rent something affordable among all the new high-end (even higher-cost) three-story homes. The location could not be beat. The beach is just 1 short block away and Bay Village, Fantasy Island and morning coffee / bagels- also just a quick walk away.
Nathan was very responsive to all our questions.

Very nice home and a location that can’t be beat. You can walk to everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
