Vuoi evitare di attraversare la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia o portare con te le sedie a sdraio? Allora questo è il posto che stavi cercando! Basta aprire il cancello e ti aspetta un bel tratto di sabbia bianca e candida. Le sdraio sono già predisposte per te e ci sono anche ombrelloni tiki a posto. Approfittate della zona barbecue del tiki se avete voglia di cucinare o fare un picnic. Tra gli altri servizi in loco figurano una piscina riscaldata, un servizio lavanderia su ogni piano e un parcheggio coperto.

La cucina è aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici nel 2019 e molto ben fornita. Rilassati e goditi la vista del golfo dall'accogliente balcone privato, accessibile dal soggiorno o dalla camera da letto principale. Il condominio può ospitare comodamente 6 con un nuovo re letto nel master, 2 gemelli nella camera degli ospiti, e un nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno. On the Key loc. is key and this loc. has it, 10/10 for location. This unit isn’t rented through the condo Assoc. Communication and responsiveness was great from rental mgr, they accepted a package for me. Some issues with code at arrival but it was resolved quickly. Key pad was working fine but had to be replaced during our stay, would have been nice if they could have waited to checkout day for basic maintenance. This unit isn’t as *nice* as other unit we have stayed in, not bad just kind of dated and a little more run down. Master bed was noisy and clunky when getting in and out, I thought it was comfortable enough husband hated it. Bed spread and extra blankets were meh, available but not fresh seeming and definitely not newer. Closet doors are metal and squeaky. Kitchen items were all there but not well organized and lower quality and older. There was salt and pepper and some saran wrap, a few laundry pods and dishwashing tabs were left along with a small bottle of dish soap. One roll of paper towels and two rolls of tp in each bathroom. Kitchen drawers are older and don’t glide nicely. Ice Maker works great, something is very loud when running in the fridge, fan maybe? Water plumbed backward in master bath. Bath linens provided but lower end quality, a few small cheap hotel bar soaps provided. Wifi signal strong and consistent. Given a choice I would not opt to stay in this unit again. Laundry, trash, recycle, bins/elevator all fine and working as they should. TV good.

First of all, the weather sucked. This is twice I have been to Flordia in the last seven months. 100 degrees in June. Today a low of 45 and 20 mile an hour winds. Cloudy most days. We had such high hopes for our trip, but getting away is always good. The complex was very nice. Beautiful beach with chairs and lounges. The property manager sent me a five page set of rules. The hinge on one of the upper kitchen cabinets was broke. It fell and almost hit her. I called the manager and he requested pictures which I sent. That was the last I heard from him. The manual in the condo said there were two remotes for the Television. I spent a half hour looking for it. Turns out you only need one! Something is wrong with the TV remote in the master bedroom. The living room fan has a Serious vibration. Volume and channel buttons don't work. All that said, we had an enjoyable time. I think it was properly priced. Lord willing we will be in Siesta Key next year because getting away is always fun.
