Excellent stay at Paula’s penthouse! Great communication, beautiful property, and certainly can never get tired of the view from the balcony. This is my second time staying here and will not be my last.

the location was great, the building was beautiful and maintained with care. The unit itself was great, but needs a little maintenance. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I would recommend to others.

The condo is very spacious but has not been properly maintained and shows its age. We consistently had issues with the temperature of the water. While taking a shower, it was either cold, scalding (couldn’t adjust it to cooler temp) or no water at all. We had bugs in the kitchen for our entire stay. The cleaning lady came in to spray them but it didn’t solve the problem. We kept ALL food in the refrigerator. There was a cockroach in the dishwasher. Thankfully, that was the only one we found. There is a leak in the ceiling in the walk-in closet in the main floor master bedroom which has mold growing. We couldn’t open the shades in the bedroom suite upstairs because they would fall apart. It’s a great condo but just needs some love.
