La villa si trova in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi da tutto ciò che può essere necessario: meno di 5 minuti a piedi da spiagge, ristoranti, supermercato, farmacia, piccolo centro commerciale, centro bowling, immersioni subacquee, campi da paddle tennis, spiaggia bar, passeggiate nella foresta, ecc.
Ci sono anche un paio di kayak disponibili per il tuo uso, che puoi mettere nell'acqua proprio di fronte alla casa e divertirti ad esplorare la baia da una spiaggia all'altra. Ci sono alcune grotte che possono essere esplorate da Kayak molto vicino alla casa.
C'è WIFI in tutta la casa e alcune cose per intrattenere i bambini. NETFLIX, Nintendo Wii, giocattoli, giochi da tavolo, gonfiabili da piscina, oggetti da spiaggia, ecc.
Il bellissimo centro storico di Ciutadella dista solo mezz'ora a piedi o pochi minuti in auto. Lì troverai le belle stradine acciottolate della vecchia capitale dell'isola. Piazze incantevoli dove sedersi e prendere un caffè, piccoli mercati e il porto di Ciutadella con molti ristoranti e vita notturna.

Villa Carolina is delightful. Clean, spacious and well equipped - it was perfect for our extended family holiday. It is a great location, very easy access to beaches, restaurants and a small, local supermarket Our grandsons loved the pool and we were blessed with fabulous weather. Communication with the host, Caroline (who has a real affinity with the villa) was exemplary - always quick to respond and very helpful. It could have been sublime BUT we had an unfortunate issue with the next door neighbours..On our first night, the level and intensity of noise from the raucous partying of a group of young people next door eventually led us to call the local police in the early hours. Quite shocking in an exclusive, up-market locality. Caroline was aghast. It transpires that this property is privately owned so no redress through a rental agency. We were on tenterhooks over the next few days anticipating a repeat of the first night. They blasted out the music a few times but thankfully, nothing more. It may well have been a "one-off" and we were just unlucky, but it did rather sour what would otherwise have been a totally excellent holiday experience. So, Villa Carolina extremely good...neighbours bad!

We had the most amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa. We were stunned by its design and the views are gorgeous. We loved that we could be on the beach within minutes and also a couple of superb restaurants. Also the close proximity of the local shop was so convenient. We barely used the car! In fact you could manage without one, get a taxi from the airport and avoid all the car hire hassle! Caroline was superb in communicating with us before and during our trip. Everything just wonderful!

Lovely villa with pool and nice view. Clean and spacious. Excellent communication with Caroline, the property manager. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Our family stayed for 1 week at the villa. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The location in Santandria is fantastic with two sandy beaches a short walk away and direct access to the Cala from in front of the house, down a rock scramble. There is a small but well equipped supermarket 2 minutes away, and a much larger Diskont Hipermercado about 5 minutes drive from the house, where you can pick up everything you need. The pool is great and well maintained, although it is not fenced off, so if you have small children you must watch them carefully. The owners were very thoughtful and left toys for our son and baby cot / high chair for our daughter. We look forward to returning.
