Splendido Loft duplex con ampia terrazza con vista sul mare, fascino del primo all'ultimo piano di un piccolo edificio tipico del quartiere Panier, il cuore storico di Marsiglia, a 5 minuti a piedi da MUCEM e dal Porto Vecchio; Da 2 a 6 pers.
1 ° livello: ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con camino e balcone continuo, bella altezza del soffitto con grande tetto in vetro, cucina completamente attrezzata (+ lavastoviglie), bagno con grande doccia a getto (+ lavatrice) lavandino, 1 camera da letto con un grande letto matrimoniale + armadio, WC.
2 ° livello: ampio soppalco aperto con 1 zona notte composta da un grande letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, WC.
3 ° livello: terrazza alberata 20M2 con splendida vista sul mare aperto, cattedrale maggiore e baia di Marsiglia.

This was possibly our favorite stay, anywhere, ever. What a great home! Serge was there to greet us and show us the property. Lots of steps to get up to this unit but so worth it for the amazing terrace, lofts, space and character up there. Absolutely amazing!! We loved Marseille and this home made it all the more magical.

The loft appartment is great and has a wonderful terrasse. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming at check in and out. The beds are comfortable, the linens clean and smell of lavendar, welcome fresh beverages at our arrival, the rental was well equiped with everything one might need. It however doesn't have AC and you need to leave windows open at night to get some air ... that's where it gets difficult as there is alot of nightime activity and groups of people who yell and scuffle at all hours of the night. Although the appartement itself and the building feels safe we did not appreciate marseille and never felt 100% safe. It's not the appartment or its location, it's just overall lack of feeling safe throughout Marseille

The loft apartment is in le panier - oldest quarter in Marseille- easy to walk to the vieux port, the museums and cathedral. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There are a lot of stairs to and inside the apartment so not suitable for young kids or the unfit! It is , however, worth it. The views from the roof terrace are amazing. We sat with a bottle of rosé and watched the sunset over the Mediterranean. It was beautiful. Small kitchen but adequate and everything you need two little toilets and a great shower. Serge is the owner’s contact and is helpful and friendly. Flexible times for arriving and leaving. I would recommend
