Si tratta di una spaziosa nuova casa con una grande camera da letto matrimoniale e 2 camere da letto 2 bagni e mezzo e con una zona living piano. Non è la vostra casa tipica, ha 2 cucine moderne, con doppi forni a convezione, e una stufa in ogni cucina con 5 fuochi ciascuno. C'è una grande piena luce ufficio / studio. Vanta un enorme bonus camera anteriore sopra il garage che ha usi Multiuso, può essere utilizzato come una camera da letto, sala di intrattenimento o in palestra. Sia il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale si apre su un privato proiettato nel mazzo. La posizione è perfetta, con tutti i comodi servizi di essere in una città universitaria come ristoranti fine dining, negozi di alimentari, capelli e unghie saloni, passeggiata in clinica, negozi di droga, stazione di benzina ...
Si trova a circa un miglio dalla Imagination Station che è stato progettato per tenere i bambini di età diverse per significato occupati per ore. Nella stessa posizione è il modo verde per camminare, correre e in bicicletta appassionati. Meno che 3 miglia è il sentiero Biologia, offrendo escursioni ben guidato, jogging e mountain bike percorsi per i meno finta di cuore. E 'in una zona tranquilla, pacifica, zona sicura.

It is beautiful home with lots of space. It had everything we needed to be in town for work. The owners quickly answered any questions we had and we're very nice. The location was great plenty of restaurants nearby.

The good: Rooms were comfortable, plenty of parking, open space....
Needs improvement: Not enough kitchenware, utensils, kitchen knives, etc. Tough for a full group to use kitchen to prepare meals.
Otherwise was a great place to stay.

The house was perfect for our trip to Tennessee. We shared it with another family and there was enough room for everyone. The kids loved the media room and the adults loved the screened in porch.

We rented this house for a stay in Chattanooga for the Ironman Chattanooga race. We wanted to make sure and have a house that was not to far out, had room to spread out for race preparation and family and peace and quiet for resting up for the race. The house was very nicely maintained and in a pretty neighborhood. Loved the back porch, we ate our meals and had our morning coffee and evening glass of wine every day on the porch. The only negative is we did not know there was a renter in a downstairs apartment. SHe has a separate entrance to her apartment downstairs, but we were not told about this ahead of time. When we first checked in it was just a girlfriend and myself and we were informed then there was a renter. When it is just two ladies staying by ourselves it was little off putting. Once the rest of our guests and my husband showed, I felt a little better, but I think we should have been informed of a renter downstairs ahead of time so we could make the decision if we were comfortable with the idea of someone else staying in the house. When the house is quiet you can hear the renter downstairs, and when music was played kind of loudly, we text the owner and she did take care of it right away. But when you rent a house you don't expect to have to worry about this. But the house is very nice and well maintained and we loved the back porch.
