Home was charming and comfortable for our family of 6 and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Had all amenities covered and the location was great for walking to Main St, restaurants and fishing pier. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We got some amazing recommendations for restaurants.

The house is great for a family. It has a great screened in porch that we spent most nights on after the kids went to bed. The location is great close to Main Street the fishing pier and several beaches. The basement was a great unexpected bonus well finished out and good space to play on rain days. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Nancy was very responsive to our questions and needs. We liked the location- very close to everything in Chatham. Kitchen was lovely. We used screened in back porch a lot. It was very nice although the roof did leak in heavy rain...
Overall we enjoyed the house and our trip very much...

Being our first trip to the Cape we weren't sure what to expect. We LOVED Chatham. Picture perfect with beautiful houses & hydrangea everywhere! This house was adorable, has everything you need. Beautifully decorated, very beachy. Nice screened in porch perfect for early morning & after dinner. House just as described. Master bed & bath a bit small but perfect for a vacation. Owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this house again!
