Il cottage si trova anche vicino a 2 minimarket locali che presentano le tue esigenze alimentari di base o il tuo desiderio di gelato per la notte! Un mazzo di nuova costruzione per il divertimento della tua famiglia. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (frigorifero e fornello) sono stati sostituiti. Questo favoloso cottage è stato ampiamente rinnovato 2 anni fa ed è stato mantenuto su base annuale. . Hai tutto ciò di cui la tua famiglia ha bisogno per una vacanza confortevole.

It needs some attention and repairs and to have the supplies restocked. There was only one spoon and one bowl.

The property was clean and comfortable. I was expecting the location to not be so commercialized. It was loud with train and foot traffic.

The beach house is very clean, about 3 houses from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.
We stayed on a Mon - Wed short visit in late Sept. The weather and beach were perfect.Sunny, warm and no crowds. Although the pier, most shops and many restaurants are closed either for the season or until the Thurs -Sun weekend, there was still much to do and great places to eat. We enjoyed The Shack very much and loved Ken's place.
Unit has pretty much all you need. It has plenty of bath and beach towels, but does not have wash cloths, hand towels or shower mat. Eating utensils are disposable only. Room for 4 at the kitchen table and 4 more at the picnic bench outside the bedroom door. We didn't have any neighbors on our visit, but if we did, it may have felt uncomfortable as the small deck with picnic table is the end of this property.
Good place for 2 - 4 adults. Sleeps more, but with 2 small bedrooms and a small living room/kitchen it could feel crowded if there were more.
We would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for a small bachelorette getaway and it was perfect! The house was clean and in such a great location! The parking was the best I’ve ever had at a beach house and we were not even a 2 minute walk to the beach! I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at this little house. The location was wonderful- so close to the beach and the pier just a short walk away. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great experience all around. We’re considering booking again in the future.

We had a great week at the cottage. You cannot beat the location! The house was clean and just what we needed for a family of 4. Lana was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this property. Easy walk to the pier and steps to the beach.

If you're going to Old Orchard Beach and looking for a beach rental this is a great location. Had everything we needed. Restaurant and beach are so close. Wish there was a privacy fence in the back. And there is now a picnic table instead of the dinette pictured. We had a lovely time.

This cottage is very well located, near to everything. It is not directly on the beach so you will not have an ocean view, but the beach is just a corner away at about 2 minutes of walk. It has all the amenities you need for a family. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend that place.

We stayed during the July 4th holiday, and it rained most of the time we were there, so It was nice to stay in a private property and not at a hotel with loud drunk people. The place was nice, comfortable and very close to the beach - just a short walk. The walk to The Pier is a bit longer. We would definitely stay here again! Very responsive host as well.

We had a weekend stay to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It rained the entire weekend, so we were so thankful to have this camp. There's a nice open kitchen/living room area with plenty of seating and room to move around. The beds are very comfortable as well! We'll be staying again, hopefully during better weather next time.

It was a great place to stay you’re literally a minute walk to the beach. It is right on the strip so traffic can be a bit busy going by. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful little house right around the corner from the beach. Walking distance to downtown. Place was clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

overall the stay was good. close to the beach and pretty clean. We got there with no idea how to get in, untill we called vrbo to find out we missed an email to get the code to unlock the place. Not to bad. the place looks like iit could use some work to make it look better, but all in all a decent stay.

Great experience. Perfect location! Would definitely stay again. Just a few suggestions- air conditioners in the rooms, it got hot and the one ac in the living room didn’t cool the bedroom very good. The couches in the living room were not very comfortable. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable.

We were a group of 4-5 extended family and friends. It was perfect for us. We had everything we needed so that we could enjoy the beach each day and visit each night. Everything was provided as described, and the location was perfect.

Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. We walked everywhere due to the great location. It’s about a thirty second walk to the beach and seven minute walk to the old amusement park. Cute backyard that my kids loved playing in when we weren’t at the beach.

The property is in need of some updating & some safety items including missing outlet covers, light fixture repair and replacement - however, the location was simply amazing - we would rent again just to be so close to everything. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us.

We enjoyed our short stay in Old Orchard. The location of the cottage was great; very short walk to the beach and close to the pier. The house was well-stocked with supplies which we appreciated. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable and could use updating. The picnic table outside was a nice area to get some shade. Enjoyed our stay.

This place was so perfectly located for our trip! Easy beach access, easy half mile walk to the pier, convenience store across the street, and free off street parking. The Host was incredibly responsive and addressed all our questions.

Lana was wonderful. She was very quick to respond to me if I had a question. It was an easy, short walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. I just didn’t feel like it was very clean.

We were terribly disappointed in this rental! The reviews and pictures on VRBO were good, but the property was in terrible shape! It was similar to the frat houses we visited in college. Peeling paint on the walls, broken and filthy blinds, dirty ceiling and room fans, no closets or dressers, burnt out light bulbs, no covers on some outlets, futons in living room that were covered in blankets inches off the floor, yard sale decor, and the hot surface light on stove stayed on. It was embarrassing for me because I chose and booked the place for us and our good friends who were with us celebrating a milestone birthday. This was in no way, shape, or form a “Fabulous Cottage” as advertised.

Great location and property manager. Check in process is easy, designated parking, basic essentials and the beach is a block away. Owner is very easy to communicate with.
The house itself is older and could benefit from a fresh coat of interior paint, updated pictures for the listing + one real good scrub before the summer months. We had a few hiccups after the cleaner left which the owner promptly responded to and addressed. But nothing that would made us not want to stay-and thinking
It was a one off.
Easy walk to to attractions, locals eats and beach. Great to use a base to explore OOB.

While the weather did not cooperate with us during our short stay at East Grand Avenue, the accommodations were comfortable and homey. This cottage is definitely lived-in, but clean, in a great location, and has fantastic parking off of the street. Kitchen was well-stocked.
