Tutta la guest house - cottage privato Burbank con zona giorno in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro a pochi passi da ALIMENTI INTERNI. Cortile esterno con caminetto a gas e giardino. Caminetto elettrico accogliente in camera da letto. ARIA CONDIZIONATA. Frigorifero full size, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera Keurig e caffettiera normale e mobili da cucina ben forniti con piatti e utensili reali e di carta. Il letto matrimoniale è un vero letto con trapunta e tanti comodi cuscini. Bagno Art Déco bianco e nero con doccia. Pavimenti ALL TILE ovunque - niente tappeti da parete a parete. Cottage di 300 piedi quadrati. Supplemento di $ 100 per il 3 ° ospite con letto singolo pieghevole. Nessun quarto ospite consentito. Tassa di $ 50 per animali di piccola taglia. NO parti.

Not only was the location absolutely conveniently located with only a 10 minute drive to either the Burbank Airport or to the Downtown Burbank Train Station, the owners of the house were amazing!!!!

Finding a place that would allow us to bring our fur baby, Bandit, was really challenging. So, it was wonderful when we found the Turner's pet friendly place and in the Burbank Equestrian center neighborhood too. The unit was perfect for hubby and I and our baby Bandit who had free reign or yard to play. The Turners we're great hosts; they were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying at the Turner's place again next time we're down in Burbank visiting our family.

The apartment is exactly as described. It's clean and perfect for one or two travelers. The bed and linens are comfy.
