Charming Historical Home - Crutchfield Estate

Situato appena fuori dall'uscita H-1 di Koko Head, sopra Waikiki e Diamond Head, nello storico quartiere di Maunalani Heights. Maunalani Heights era il secondo sobborgo costruito a Honolulu negli anni '30. Il Crutchfield Estate è stato costruito nel 1931 ed è sul registro storico. Il quartiere è molto sicuro e adatto alle famiglie. C'è un parco con un parco giochi a un isolato di distanza e in cima alla cresta c'è un bellissimo sentiero che porta lungo le montagne Ko'olau. Le alture di Maunalani si trovano a breve distanza in auto da Waikiki, da spiagge di classe mondiale e dai negozi del Kahala Mall. L'aeroporto e Pearl Harbor sono a 15-20 minuti in auto. La North Shore è a soli 45 minuti di distanza.

La struttura dispone di una bella veranda (veranda) e ampio patio, ideale per mangiare all'aperto. Splendida vista sull'oceano, Diamond Head e Waikiki da ogni stanza.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and this beautiful historic home! The views of the ocean, Diamond Head, and Waikiki are breathtaking whether from the bedrooms, the lanai, or the spectacular infinity pool and hot tub. The owners obviously take great care of their home and made sure we felt right at home. We were there for Christmas and they left the home decorated and with a pretty Christmas tree so it would feel like the holidays for us. The home is clean, bright, and airy, and the bedrooms are big and air conditioned. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the home. On top of that, the owners are just wonderful. Very easy to communicate with and super helpful (gave us pages of ideas of sights to see, restaurants to try, etc., which was GREAT). If we have the opportunity to return to Oahu, we would definitely want to stay here again.

This was the first time I have used VRBO and I have been very pleased with the system. I was booking on behalf of a client who was playing the Sony Hawaii Golf tournament and needed a house close to the golf course, which was large and comfortable - this house ticked all the boxes.The host Sarah was very quick to reply and extremely accommodating, providing detailed instructions before and during the visiting. I know my client was very pleased with the house and as you can see by the pictures its a very beautiful traditional home. I would highly recommend booking this property and will look to do so in the future. Thanks, Rebecca
