A mile long causeway to a friendly beach community. Easy access, cottage had all the necessities, with water view from back porch. Lovely week

This place is great just about a minute walk to the beach. Property is nicely landscaped. Large back deck with a view of Phinneys harbor and the canal RR bridge. It’s a great place to spend a week.

This house was a dream come true! Such a beautiful location! Just steps from the beach. Ned and Kathleen were easy to reach out to and helpful when we had any issue. House was clean and just what we needed. We hope to come back again because this spot is really special.

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at this cottage. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Also, the island that the house is on is very well maintained and very accommodating to families with children of all ages. Thank you for having us!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage itself was cozy and quaint. We found it clean and well appointed with amenities like coffee pods, drawer sachets, lotion, plenty of beach towels and cozy couch throws. The location is ideal for kayaking, sailing, biking, hiking, bird watching and swimming. It is a 5 minute drive to the Bourne Bridge which makes getting there and leaving easy and stress free. The island is quiet and we had lovely neighbors. The views of the bay are breathtaking. I would come back here in a minute. A wonderful experience for my husband, myself and our children.
