Enjoyed everything about this rental. My son-in-law has several rentals in Anchorage and he thought this was the best place he ever stayed. Everyone would like to come back to this rental and the Branson area.

Overall the size and number of rooms worked for what we needed. The pictures online were a bit deceiving. We were a little disappointed to see a few holes in the wall, broken screen on the door and patio being very dirty where no one wanted to sit outside in the chairs. The lock on the upstairs patio door doesn’t lock. It was very hard to find bowls and other kitchen items in the cabinets due to them being very disorganized. The owner was great to work with though. She was very attentive when we couldn’t find the remote. She answered all the questions I had prior to staying.

the hot tub was located outside the house and not in the enclosed porch as pictured, we had all the cookware needed; plenty of hot water, there was one room that had no working lights, the washing machine was dirty, had to wash towels 3 times, there was dirt left inside the barrel; pool table a hit, the furniture was a very well broken in, our property manager was gracious enough to supply a shower chair for us, was very thankful, had ice in the freezer, that was great, rooms were clean, but I do not understand why we have to load laundry when we pay a cleaning fee,all in all we had a good and safe time, the kids used the swimming pool, too cold for the rest of us.

We really loved this place! It was wonderful and you can easily communicate with the owners! Perfect for larger families or groups! Very cool place we hope to come back to!

Awesome house with plenty of amenities for our group of adults and children. Kids loved the pool table and everyone wanted a turn in the hot tub.

We stayed at this property as an extended family for our daughter’s wedding at Big Cedar. The house was perfect for our family of twelve and the location was great! It was only about 8-10 minutes from our venue at Big Cedar. The house has a nice big area to gather that is comfortable. My only complaint was that most of the bedrooms don’t have a closet which we really needed for all of our wedding wear! We made it work however!

The house was beautiful and clean. It was great for three families with kids. There were rooms for privacy and a nice gathering living area to eat together and hang out. The location is ideal as it is close to all major attractions in the area. We used the pool, which is conveniently located. The area is also stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

No reservations about staying here again. This home was spacious! Convenient to main roads for getting to any excursion you might want to take on, but also ample bedrooms if you wanted some privacy or to separate from others. Large open great room, and nice sized family room down with a pool table. Games for all. The pools/pool area were very nice, for all ages, too and within easy walking distance. Neighborhood is well maintained. The owner/manager was responsive to questions/inquiries! We had FUN!

The house was nice. The patio could use some work. One of the two tables was broken and couldn’t be used. Hot tub leaks into a storage room below it. Remotes to all the tvs were either missing the back, needed batteries or were missing from the room. Light bulbs in a couple of rooms needed replaced and the ice maker didn’t work. We had to keep buying ice. I think for the money we spent these basic things need fixed.

The house was perfect for our group of 13! There were 3 family and more than enough room!! The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. We didn’t need anything other than our food we cooked, the grill was perfect. The location was perfect. It allowed us to get to the landing for our girls gymnastics meet and shopping. We have already talked about next group trip, and the possibility of getting several houses in the neighborhood for the whole team. I would highly recommend staying here or at any of Robyn’s properties.

We enjoyed our stay for the size of the house and number of beds suited our needs. For the price our expectations were higher regarding cleanliness, furniture comfort, condition of amenities, heat availability in the perimeter bedrooms, and kitchen cabinet organization. The master jacuzzi tub was greatly appreciated and the hot tub as well despite the hairballs. Also, the clubhouse was a nice addition. We didn't use the outside patio area though we did pick up a few things so the next folks wouldn't need to. The neighborhood was nice but not one you'd want to be in if the weather was icy. We came home glad for having had the time spent.

We have stayed at this home before and loved it, so when the opportunity arose for us to stay here again we booked it immediately! Great location and great home! Can’t wait to stay here again!

At first glance walking in it was nice. Once we started starting checking it out it was not what it seemed. Several of the rooms including the Master did not have closets. The owner has locked the master for "Owner's Closet". Odd place when they are already using the one down stairs and have many valuable things in the garage at your disposal. Strange. The house itself was not cleaned properly. Used soap in 2 of the showers, 1 towel only for each of our 11 guests. There is a hottub that you would not use the same strongly odored cholorine for bathing. No lock on the hottub which is technically located in screened in porch. Very dusty throughout the house where you can visibily wipe and see a difference. The kitchen is missing some things ie: more garbage bags, which we ended up buying a big box and leaving it for others, no ziplocs, no tupperware, The "bar" is not equipped with glasses or utensils, the cabinets on the inside are not finished and looked very used. When we arrived all the outdoor cushions had been left out so they were wet and dirty and the furniture was scattered everywhere. We brought the cushions in and dried them out, wiped them off and then organinzed the furniture so it was presentable to others upon arrival. The fireplace outside was full of ash, broken grate and leftover plastic from other visitors having to purchase wood for the Kum & Go *we only know because there was no wood and had to purchase some). When you have a fireplace as a "feature" we thought there would have been at least 5/6 pieces to have a fire. If you wanted to buy some more then that would be on you. Almost all of the batteries in the tv's did not work and had to find some extra batteries to get them working and only ended up using the tv in the main family and the downstairs hang out room. The tv upstairs is not a smart tv but the downstairsone is. The fireplace upstairs did not work and we could have used it for our chilly mornings and evenings. I sent several messages to the owner and it took a bit of time to hear from her. When I did reach her she was very abrupted and spouted off that she owns many homes and doesnt even know what house has what. Perhaps with as many homes that she owns she should hire a professional property management team. She sent her "maintenance guy, Dave" to help us with the fireplace and he said sorry I don't know anything about this. The property location was great but the actual house lacks quite a bit!

Beautiful house but poor description! My first suggestion is to describe where the house sits in the neighborhood. I was with a group of grammar school friends from 1959… The first thing was stairs going up to the front door… Lots of stairs no railing! We had to use the stairs inside and go out through the garage every time we went somewhere. My next thought is to have the garage opener code so that someone did not have to run up and down and exit through the front door when we left. I think better advertising for senior citizens is essential. Needless to say we never went to the pool because the hills were too much! Supplies were limited in the house ie soap, toilet paper and NO hangers in any closet’. I also think brighter light bulbs would make a huge difference inside. All this said, we had a wonderful visit when we were there just being together. I

Great home for our family vacation. Very clean! Close to everything we had planned but away from the all the noise of Branson. The patio and grill came in handy! We would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place to go to and stay. Close to everything Branson has to offer; however if you just want to hang out there's no need to go anywhere.

Beautiful home with plenty of space in a quiet woodsy neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the secluded backyard living area. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a group!

We had a great time at our Hollister, MO stay. The home was perfect for our family of 11 providing plenty of space for all ages! The property was conveniently located to so many of the activities our family enjoys while visiting the Branson/Table Rock Lake area. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the layout, large open spaces, and tremendous outside gathering area on the back patio. It is also very accessible to the pool via a level pathway. We used the grill often, but found it challenging to use due to uneven heating. This especially was a difficut when prepping for our large group meals. Our larger concern was the lack of deep cleaning throughout the unit. Dust on top of everything - particularly appliances - showed a lack of regular routine dusting. While the unit as a whole wasn't dirty, it is apparent that the corners do not receive regular attention. We found the kitchen to be very well-stocked, which was important with the high-volume cooking we did. Loved the spices and other staples that were provided!! Having two fridges is extremely valuable for a large group, and they kept things cold efficiently. Onsite laundry was perfect and got a workout. It was interesting that the owner's closet was wide open when we arrived, although it proved helpful as we needed the key to access the garage which was locked up tight. This access was important given the quantity of vehicles that we had onsite. Keypad access to the garage door would be a huge asset -- using the garage door and locking the unit whenver we entered/exited was extremely incovenient. Creating a similar code on the garage door to the front door seems it would be convenient and helpful to renters. A few minor notes: - one dining room chair has one side very loose - living area ceiling fan needs to be reversed to best circulate cool air - the hot tub ran the entire time we were there -- would think that is extremely inefficient on energy - cover also in very bad shape - there are some worn areas in bedroom carpet that may need some TLC - bath towels were small and washcloths very thin Would we stay again?? Yup! But these areas would enhance the quality of the unit and the stay for your guests.

It was perfect for our first family golf trip. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of September for an end of summer getaway with 3 families - 6 adults and 8 boys from kindergarten to sixth grade. The house was perfect for a large group gathering with plenty of space, rooms and private bathrooms for everyone. The backyard patio was amazing with a wood fireplace, huge grill, outdoor bar and plenty of seating. The community pool was perfect for the kids and families. Table Rock lake is close by...just down the road. The woods were overgrown the time of year we were there so our view of the lake wasn’t great, but what it lacked in a lake view it beyond made up for with the secluded patio. State Park Marina is just a quick drive away and was perfect for a couple days on the water - we rented jet skis and a pontoon while we were there and it was spectacular for our group. It might be the nicest marina we’ve ever experienced. The communication from the property manager was always quick and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming host. We loved the week and would absolutely return!

Booked this property April 21-23 2017 for a business event at Chateau On the Lake. Our Group had 10 people of various ages. The property had plenty of sleeping options and 2 separate living areas to provide a little get away (if needed). Would recommend the property to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was well-stocked and up to date. Very comfortable. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely come back. Our group enjoyed themselves. It was the perfect size and location for our needs.

Spectacular floor plan, great views, and close to lake. All the comforts of home.
