La migliore piscina della regione. Cirque Du Soleil spettacolo sulla proprietà! Ottimo cibo, ottima palestra, ottima spiaggia! Golf e spa di classe mondiale. Guarda per maggiori informazioni. We very much enjoyed our stay at Vidanta Mayan Palace. The pools are great. The restaurants had some of the best food that I have had at a resort in Mexico. I also liked that there was so much actual Mexican food available. The Mayan Palace location is an excellent place to be on the property. You are right by the pools and restaurants and the main shuttle stop.
Our only issue was that check-in was a little confusing since we weren't members of Vidanta. Also, the room didn't have a kitchenette like the reservation confirmation said, but that wasn't really a big issue. We weren't in the room that much anyway.
All in all, we very much our enjoyed our stay and would rent the same property again!

I got a bit confused when first booking as I didn’t book the property I thought I had. But Ron noticed right away and called. He smoothly sorted it all out and everything was as I had hoped for and more when we arrived.

The host was extremely helpful and communication was top notch! I had a few questions prior to our stay and they were happy to answer them quickly and accurately. The resort was amazing and the process and service overall from start to finish was easy, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. We hope to book with them again in the future!

This property situated in the Mayan Palace building 1 is comfortably near to the swimming pool, to the restaurants, and to the beach. The housekeeping is very efficient, the room is kept clean, the bed is very comfortable.
