My husband and I stayed three nights in a one-bedroom villa - four units, two on each side. Our room was the downstairs ‘B’ unit. We could hear the family above us walking around and the kids running around, starting at 6:30am. Quiet hours only go until 6:30am, which is a bit early compared to other resorts.
The accommodations were very nice and comfortable although the downstairs ‘B’ unit has about ten steps of stairs to get down to the room, so it’s a bit cumbersome when carrying luggage. Elderly or those that have trouble on stairs should be aware of this setup.
Otherwise, we were pleased with the one-bedroom, living room and kitchen space for two people.

The stay was very nice. The apartment was a downstairs unit. Which was a touch noisy with children in the above unit. We asked if we could be relocated, but apparently they were full. The unit shown had a fireplace, and this unit did not. Other than that, the room was great, staff very friendly. Very nice stay

Condo was as stated. Good location with lots of activities if you have the time to enjoy them. The condo was pretty dark maybe update lighting? Enjoyed our stay.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. So close to everything we wanted to see In Flagstaff Arizona.

They stay was pleasant. It was even more so due to the very nice woman working at the clubhouse who helped my kids with video games and also helped me look for my phone. The only con to the property is that it is not walkable to very much.

Wyndham provides you with towels for the pool which was very nice as we flew and didn't want to have to waste the extra pounds on towels. Staff was friendly and the concierge was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on local attractions and restaurants! We absolutely loved our stay there!
One thing to note is that they do close the pool during the winter, but keep the hot tubs open. We made it there in time and really enjoyed laying out by the pool!

This was a perfect stay for us. Nice and clean with plenty of space and a full kitchen for cooking lunches and dinners. The Check-in process was so easy and the resort amenities were a plus.

Lovely, spacious condo with all the amenities. They take covid precautions seriously. Great place for exploring, walking, mini golf, ping pong and relaxing by the fire.

Not ONE picture in the listing was from the unit we were placed in. The pictures showed a good size single level, one bedroom with a fireplace and a nice view from the back patio with a lot of pine trees. The place we were put in, was more like a dungeon. As soon as you came in the front door, you were met with a wall and a set of stairs that took you below grade into an area that was much smaller than advertised and no fireplace. You could sit out on the back patio, but all you will see is a fenced yard down below with dead grass and not one tree or bush in the entire yard and surrounded by homes. Not open space with a lot of pine trees like some of the pics. We have been using VRBO for many years and have always been very happy with the places we booked, but this was the worst description of a property I have ever seen and you should be ashamed of yourselves. We did enjoy our stay due to Flagstaff being beautiful and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Probably the last time we will rent from VRBO. You can build a thousand bridges.......

Nicely appointed condo with all conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Several good restaurants nearby and easy access to highways. The Wyndham staff is very friendly and check in was quick and easy.

The home was very nice, the property managers were extremely nice, and my family loved the amenities including the clubhouse!
