Ive stayed in other units is this building and this was so not up to the standards of others. The furniture and bed are old and uncomfortable; the living room furniture looks so disgusting we never sat without using towels. There was dust; the linens are old and wouldnt stay in place. The place smells old and outdated. The elevator broke down and only one worked the whole time then we find out they’ve known about elevator issues for years.

The condo I rented from Tech Travel had all the amenities and a wonderful view. It was almost like I was staying in my own place. They made it so comfortable. Plus there’s an elevator, which is very appreciated when staying at a place for five days!

Beautiful view. Would have been nice to have chairs on balcony. Being handicapped, everything was very convenient to get to pool and the beach! Short walks.
The only problem we encounter was with the elevator breaking down twice. It wasn’t down too long. But couldn’t have walking up to the sixth floor.

Having never rented through Tech Travel before or visited the St Petersburg coast line, I wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised that the photos on the website were accurate for location, view, and interior of the condo.

We enjoyed the stay being at a beach front property. We definitely recommend staying at this property. The bed was horrible but everything else was ok inside. More electrical outlets would also be very helpful since we all have phones/watches/tablets/wireless ear buds to charge.

Check in process was a little confusing. As there is no lobby to ask questions. We had difficulty finding the parking pass as it was not easily seen upon entrance into unit.

The condo was just right for two people. Can't get any better for location to beach. The pool is nice but could use a few chairs. The property manager was very helpful. We had a great getaway!

First time staying on Sunset Beach and it’s pleasantly quieter and the beach is right there (unlike northern end of Treasure Island where we’ve stayed often.) The condo is great, as described, but we had some technical issues where property manager didn’t receive our photo ID and car info. But they were very responsive. Only complaint is the lack of chaise lounges or any seating around the pool, and maybe a common space like a firepit or shuffleboard. And the elevator did break down, allegedly trapping a guest for 45 minutes, but it was repaired in less than a day. But all in all we’d give it a 4+ out of 5.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable place. Enough pots and pans to cook meals. Enough bath and beach towels. 2 beach chairs. Small beach umbrella *. Nice TV with Roku. Good ice maker. Cons: you only get 2 rolls of tp (single ply) . 1 roll of paper towels. 2 dishwasher detergent packs. The dishwasher is about 1/3 size of a normal dishwasher. There was no dish soap or wash cloth. You must clean the dishes before checking out or get an extra charge. Hard to do with the lack of supplies. We bought dish soap ourselves. There are no condiments , ( or oils, plastic wrap, foil, nothing) there should be at least salt and pepper. The beach umbrella is small and pretty much useless. No "corkscrew " to drive it into the sand so anytime the wind blew is gets pulled out of the sand. Also, we only had a guest pass for parking. That means we couldn't park under the bld in shade. Our daughter lives about 30 minutes away and visited us every day. We asked for a 2nd pass so she could park but were told that the owner keeps his pass "for when he's in town". Our daughter had to pay for parking a few blocks away. $10-20 a day, depending on how long she stayed. We have stayed at the Sunset Chateau a few times before and always had an "owners pass" and were able to get a guest parking pass when we requested one. All the previous units were better equipped for outdoor beach use. We'll stay again but not in this unit.

This is the first time renting from Brandon. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing that could have have made the stay better, would be have patio chairs for the balcony, to watch the sunsets. Like most units have. I definitely would rent from him again.

Great area to unwind. Close to everything, yet removed from the touristy bustle. Great amenities, however, beach chairs as well as more face and hand towels (there were plenty of bath and beach towels which was a plus) and a king bed would make it perfect. Travel agency requirements for license and car pics felt excessive when other properties at this location do not require this hassle. Always my favorite location to stay and I would stay again as well as recommend this property when in the area.

Very nice and affordable place. I 've stayed in multiple beach houses and have paid 7000+ in lodgings and this place was very comparable. Its very quite and everyone is extremely friendly.

Was a great place to stay beautiful, clean, wonderful view. Only problem was the people who actually owned condos were not very welcoming they acted like they really didn’t want u there some even rude at times I felt like I was being watched for anything they could find that they didn’t think was right. I have no complaints about anything else it was beautifully kept and decorated. The residing condo owners were very unfriendly.

We wrongly assumed that when renting a place located ocean front there would be a balcony. There was not one. Also, there were a lot of personal decorations sitting everywhere, so we had no room to place our things. There was also only 3 clothes hangers.

Always enjoy our stays here. Unit is very well stocked. I always carry my " VRBO" bag for any extras I might need, could have left it home this time. Property is very close to beach, which is unusual for this area. Love it!
