Milton and Megan's house is comfortable and stylish, while also being whimsical and gorgeous - great views, spiral staircase, lots of light including skylights. It's in perfect walking distance to downtown Montauk and the beach (beach entrance ~8 minute walk from the house, all on sidewalks), and the house itself was neat and clean. Megan and Milton were also very communicative hosts, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth.

Had a few great snowy days in Montauk! The owners, house and location are top notch. Nice big home with clean rooms, nice comfy beds and great windows and sky views. House was clean and well stocked but with plenty of room for your own items so you can move right in and feel at home. Walks to the beach are close by and you can take the little nature trail thru the preserve on fort pond to get there! Needs a fireplace or wood stove for winter stays but I bet it’s on the list of things that Milton and Megan are updating and planning to update. We would surely rent again.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect home for our weekend getaway. The home is very spacious and is minutes away from the center of town and the beach. The owners were very responsive and exceeded our hospitality expectations. I would highly recommend this house!

Milton was an amazing host and the house was just as pictured. The location to town was awesome. And the Deer that roamed the property was a nice addition. Highly recommend this house, will come back for sure.

We really enjoyed Montauk. My son and his wife have stayed in Montauk many times but I had never been there and I really enjoyed it. The house was close enough to the beach and to the center of town to easily walk. Communication with the owners was excellent. I had some frustrating miscommunications with HomeAway.

Very large, multi level property with 3 distinct bedrooms, excellent furniture and bedding. Two huge living room areas and a large kitchen. Great outdoor furniture with a wrap around terrace, which had great light in the evenings. No complaints about the house, Megan was super quick at replying and we would all love to return. I dont know if I could spend extended periods personally due to lack of pool or private yard but if you have a group who loves the beach / lake / being in Montauk its absolutely fantastic. Enjoy!!
