Biciclette per adulti e bambini, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia e tavole da boogie in garage per il vostro uso.
Abbiamo comprato questo condominio nel maggio 2013. Abbiamo sostituito e aggiornato quasi tutto all'interno di biancheria, materassi, asciugamani, tutte le stoviglie, diversi pezzi di mobili e lampade, porte scorrevoli e golf cart.

Stayed here with my teens for Thanksgiving this year and they told me it was the "best Thanksgiving ever!". We all loved this rental and will surely be coming back!

We were looking for a place at Bald Head that didn't break the bank and we only needed room for 4, so this place was one of the few available that fit the bill.
Keeping in mind that it's an apartment home, it is a very nice place "for what it is". It's obvious that the owner/property manager are staying on top of maintenance, as beach rentals take a beating yet the apartment looked practically brand new.
I will say that the loft is a little warmer than the downstairs area, but that can be mitigated by setting the AC to a lower temp if and when you are using the loft. Beyond that, it's all good and a great base from which to enjoy exploring Bald Head.
One more comment, our group consisted of a family of 4 with 2 adult kids. We were worried that having only one golf car would cramp our style. Turns out that was not a problem at all ... it was easy to share the single cart among our group.

We have been to BHI several times but this was first time staying at Royal James and the inner Island and we really enjoyed it. Condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Nice touch was provided with condo were bikes, beach gear, beach chairs, and paddle boards. Very well equipped. Great location to all that BHI has to offer. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

I visited with 2 girlfriends and we LOVED the condo! The linens were nice, the place was SO clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. I was also super impressed with the management company's response time and flexibility with check in. Would definitely book this listing again and have shared the details with other Bald Head fans.

overall, a nice visit. condo was nice enough. perhaps a little dated but everything was clean and worked. i'd change out the carpet and low wattage lighting in the living room--that was the only thing that we didn't really like. otherwise nice place.

The condo was perfect size for my husband and I. Condition of unit was about what I expected for a rental unit; would recommend new pillows and linens.

Nice property. Beds slept great. I think the cleaning crew could focus a rad bit more on the details - dust the ceiling fan and cobwebs in the corners. However, all in all, nice space for two or 4 people looking for a get away!.
