Villa Jane: bellissima villa nella comunità di Peppertree - ha molto da offrire. È a pochi passi dalla piscina della comunità. C'è un carrello da spiaggia, gommoni e altri giochi da spiaggia disponibili per l'uso. Il rilassante soggiorno si estende nel lanai con una bella vista sullo scenario del giardino. Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel e Captiva sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto !!! C'è anche un autobus Trolly a pochi passi di distanza, che ti porta in spiaggia.
La nostra Townhouse Karen è proprio accanto ad essa, nel caso tu voglia portare un'altra famiglia.

Villa Jane was an excellent place to stay. The location was fantastic and neighbors wonderful. Andrea, the host for the property was helpful and responded quickly to emails. The property was clean and met our needs. Definitely would stay again

First, the good - very good and responsive property manager and the location near shops, restaurants, and short drive to the beach were great. However, this property needs a ton of work. It had one toilet that didn't work when we got there and another that stopped working shortly into our stay. It has an ant problem in the dining area and master bath. It has really gross carpets in some areas. The beds have old and uncomfortable mattresses. It doesn't have all the networks on the main tv, even with an antenna, so be prepared to purchase your own Hulu Live/live TV service. These are just a few of the concerns I've shared with the property owner.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was VERY prompt and helpful. The neighbors were wonderful too. We left early because of the national emergency but we received a very fair rebate. VRBO really came through for us unlike Priceline and our rental car. We hope to return when it is safe to do so. Good job, everyone.
My only suggestion was that TV channels were too limited especially when we were hanging on every word from the government.
