Clean, quiet, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cruise port!

Manager was very helpful. He found out after asking me if i needed a taxi that all taxis had been booked to get to cruise port but told me he would drive me He carried my suitcase down the stairs to his car and got me to the cruise port he took suitcase as far as he was allowed and showed me where i had to go. I had money out to give him and he didnt want to take it but i insisted. he was an amazing young man at the front desk

The host was very nice and helpful with local shops and dining and the host also arranged our taxi to the cruise ship at he cruise terminal. I would stay at this at the hotel again.

I really enjoyed my (short) stay at Il Giardinetto. Lorenzo is an overall welcoming host and the hotel is very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend it.

The host of the property was very kind and helpful. I stayed there to be closer to my cruise port and he arranged for my transport there as well restaurant recommendation. The inn was very clean and the courtyard was quaint

Great location from the cruise port and local train station, lovely little shops and cafes close by. Easy to find. Lorenz was a superb host, friendly, polite and helpful in suggesting places to go and how to get there. Would definitely visit this property again, great value for money.
We had an external private bathroom which we found had a slightly bad odour but nothing completely unbearable.
One of the sheets had a stain but other than that it was great.

Hotel is very lovely! The garden is absolute retreat. We stayed only 1 night but the host was very friendly and helpful. If we will go back to Civitavecchia we will definitely stay there again.

The owner , Leonardo, met us as we exited the cab, he carried our luggage! the bath was across the hall, but we were the only ones allowed to use it, so it was private. when we opened the curtain, we found a charming private garden, with chaise lounge chairs under an umbrella, and apple and orange trees looking gorgeous.

Very convenient to the cruise port. Suited our needs for a one night stay.

Not a breakfast person, but coffee at bar was great (limited choice coupon) but it suited me. Location was great for me, restaurant and bars in back streets, sightseeing and 'eye shopping' was great, very close to cruise port suited me. The private well kept garden would have been utilised daily if I stayed longer......a real BONUS (mini resort) in the middle of town
Not much! For an overnighter it had all I needed, The owner was very very accommodating with info and my luggage.

The outside was deceiving but the apartment was perfect for our night before our cruise. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We received breakfast coupons for a cafe across the street which was fun. We walked to a pizza shop down the street for dinner. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend!!!

I love that the property gives you a feel of the lifestyle in the region.
I liked everything about the property and felt safe too. i opened the windows in the morning and was greeted by a beautiful lemon tree planted right outside my window.

Beautiful property in a perfect location:
convenient to cruise-port
close to train station
shops and restaurants and market. owner Lorenzo was welcoming and helped us with area information and to get taxi. He is very welcoming and kind.we highly recommend!
