Your sanctuary half hour from central Santiago
Questo affascinante e spaziosa villa provenzale si trova nel molto privato, recintato, comunità di Las Brisas de Chicureo, nella parte settentrionale di una maggiore Santiago.
È dotato di 6 camere da letto e 5 1/2 bagni in oltre 4.500 di spazio, in un tranquillo lotto di un acro. L'aria limpida, la vista sulle colline circostanti, e le notti stellate, sono punti salienti della zona Chicureo. Quindi, sì, ci si trova in una maggiore Santiago, ma allo stesso tempo non si è. Le notti Chicureo non erano quelli di ispirare odi di Neruda, ma molto bene potrebbero avere. La casa dispone anche di una grande piscina (e relativi armamentario) con vista sulle Ande. Essa ha anche un orto effettuato professionale in grado di fornire frutta fresca di stagione e verdura per il tavolo della cucina. Tutti i comfort moderni sono i (monitor da tavolo, wifi, TV satellitare, impianto audio Bose, dispositivi bluetooth). Dopo una giornata (o giorni) di escursioni, si avrà il piacere di tornare al comfort della nostra villa.
Tutto questo a soli 30 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Santiago via autostrada.
Mentre ottenere il senso di 'essere in campagna', la villa è anche vicino a diversi centri commerciali, supermercati, ristoranti e caffetterie. Siamo a 5 minuti d'auto da Los Libertadores autostrada, e da lì attraverso il sistema autostradale moderno di Santiago è a soli 15 minuti a Las Condes, e 20 minuti dal centro di Santiago.
Una domestica a tempo pieno, chef personale, e o un driver a tempo pieno, possono anche essere organizzati separatamente e su richiesta. Per chi fosse interessato, possiamo anche organizzare l'accesso al Club de Golf Las Brisas de Chicureo, centri benessere e strutture. Per tutti questi servizi si dovrebbe pagare direttamente i fornitori.

This is a beautiful property! It offered more than enough room and private sleeping space for our group of seven adults and two children.
The home is contemporary and in a lovely gated golf community. There was a small playground near the house for the children, and the pool at the house was great.
Something to note for US travelers, Chilean homes, much like European homes, seem to generally not include a dishwasher, as is the case in this large home. Also, you are likely not to find a toaster or a coffee maker. The Chilean instant coffee is really quite good and a hot water pot is available. Also, there is no AC, but several fans are provided.
Our only concern upon arrival was that the pool surround and patio areas were covered in bird poo. Using the patio was not much of a problem, but since we were told it would be two days before they were to be cleaned, I personally got down at the pool entrance and surround to scrape and then sweep the bird poo off so my little grandsons could use the pool right away. If you rent this property, be sure and ask that that be done before your arrival. I’m sure Helen, the owner, would be happy to accommodate your request. Other than that, I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Exceptional peaceful serenity in an awesome valley surrounded by typical Chilean country side! The landscaped gardens of peaches nectarines, apples, pears, pomegranate, limes and herbs add the the natural beauty while bathing in a large backyard swimming pool. The Chilean cook/chef, Maria Angelica's culinary skills made our stay that much more special by preparing typical Chilean dishes daily. The access to urban Santiago is quick and easy with a rental car (30minutes) if you can tear yourself away for the rural retreat!

Missed dishwasher and air-conditioning. Oven not working.

We had a great stay at this Chicureo house, my wife and I and our four children. The landlords were very helpful and were always a call or an email away. The house is inside a very exclusive golf club, so it feels calm and safe. But major highways are also easily accesible 5-10 minutes away. The back garden overlooks the beautiful Andes Mountains. The fresh fruits in the vegetable garden are a plus. The house is very comfortable for a large family like us, and we loved the fact we all had our space because of the various sitting rooms and terraces. It has four ensuite rooms, all with built in closets or walk-in closets. The kitchen is spacious, with state-of-the- art appliances. There is wireless network throughout the whole house. Movistar satelite TV is available with many English and Spanish channels (HBO, Disney etc). There are many restaurants outside the compound, for all budgets, and there are quite a few supermarkets nearby too. The landlords were also very helpful with providing information regarding local hangouts and other informations etc. They also introduced to us a great housekeeper.
