4th Floor waterfront view- 4bd condo, 2.5 bath, A/C, and WIFI- Salinas, Ecuador
Bellissimo appartamento con 4 camere da letto con 2 bagni completi. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un edificio di fronte al Malecon, il che significa che dal soggiorno / area cucina avrete una splendida vista sulla spiaggia! Ci sono 2 ascensori nell'edificio. La nostra bella cucina ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici moderni, caffettiera, pentole e padelle, utensili e stoviglie. Tutti i bagni hanno piastrelle e pavimenti in marmo! Vista sull'oceano! Proprio nel centro di Salinas!
Si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che durante l'alta stagione l'area diventa molto congestionata e rumorosa. Se stai cercando un soggiorno tranquillo durante le settimane più impegnative, questo potrebbe non essere l'appartamento adatto a te. Il parcheggio è disponibile all'interno dell'edificio (Edificio Costa Azul). Molto sicuro e vicino a molti siti e ristoranti. Siamo lieti di annunciare che abbiamo aggiunto unità di aria condizionata in tutte e 4 le camere da letto E Wifi! Le unità di aria condizionata aiuteranno ad alleviare un po 'del rumore durante la notte e a mantenere l'appartamento più fresco durante i caldi giorni di Salinas.

This is a great unit to rent. Located in the heart of Salinas’ malecon! I mean you cannot get a better location, you’re located in the middle of the action. If you want to go on a boat, rent a jet ski, swim in the ocean, eat, or lounge at the beach it’s all right out the front door. As for the condo, it’s a great sized unit with three bedrooms and two baths and the living room has large windows overlooking the ocean. Also worthy of knowing is for there is A/C, WiFi, Washer / Dryer and two TVs with cable! Hope you choose this great location and unit plus that you enjoy it as much as we did.

The rental was very affordable, excellent location, right across the street from the beach, with a great big sliding doors that open up to a beautiful beach front view. Right in the middle of the malecon. Right in the middle of all the action. Restaurants, supermarket, local arts and crafts stores, all of the beach activities you can handle are all a few minutes away at most. The apartment does not have air condition so it does get hot in the daytime. However, at night, with the windows open and the fans going, it was pleasant enough for a good night sleep. Since you are right in the middle of all the actions, there is a lot of noise at all times. You can hear music and people partying almost until 2-3 am. I am a heavy sleeper so it did not affect me much. But my wife had a little trouble with the noise. I was not a concern for me or our daughter. The place was very clean throughout. Comfortable. 4 rooms that can sleep 2 people each comfortably. Safe. Secure parking. I recommend this rental without any hesitation. I will rent again

My vacation in salinas Ecuador was wonderful, the apartment I stayed at was in a great location I could see everything from the balcony, the stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would have no problems recommending a friend to stay there.

We had a wonderful vacation in Salinas, Ecuador. The apartment was comfortable enough but the location was in a very busy area. This resulted in some nights of little sleep as the disco next door went on till the wee hours and the traffic started early in the morning. Air conditioning would have helped so that we could have closed the windows, losing the breeze but gaining some measure of quiet. Overall good location close to restaurants and shopping.
