Non la tua tipica unità Studio! Aggiornamenti fantastici in tutto lo spazio. Bella unità d'angolo al piano di sopra. I monolocali del Sandpiper Cove si trovano vicino ai 1100 piedi di accesso alla spiaggia. È a pochi passi dal proprio padiglione sulla spiaggia. C'è un cancello Gaurd per la sicurezza, piscine (5 in totale 2 riscaldate), vasche idromassaggio (3), campi da tennis (6), porto turistico, varo barca, canale dock, par 3 campo da golf esecutivo a nove buche, ristorante in loco Louisiana Lagniappe, uno dei migliori a Destin. Se stai cercando una piccola vacanza in spiaggia, questo è tutto!

This was perfect for my family! The proximity to the beach was the best part, we loved the chair and umbrella service provided as well! Close to all grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great spring break!

Unit is right near the front of the property on the first floor which was great. Modern look and feel and the outdoor space was nice with a view of the entrance and beach restaurant across the street. One of the pools was steps from the unit and the others were within a short walking distance. The bed was comfortable as was the futon with plenty of bedding and pillows. The tiled shower and the overall aesthetic in the bathroom were great. The selection of utensils and other items available in the kitchen was perfect for my use and definitely appreciated when cooking for my son and I. Any questions I had were answered by the owner in a timely manner and I’d stay in the unit again.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove! The walk to the beach is about a 1-minute walk. Beach services were excellent, which were included with our stay. My advice is that if you want a specific location on the beach for your chairs to be set up, you need to call them in advance. There's a bar that has drinks and restrooms on the beach as well. The hot tub and pools were great. There is no washer and dryer in the condo, but there are laundry facilities available just across the parking lot. The only issues we had were that they had a water main to burst and we were out of water for the afternoon and evening, but they worked into the night to get it fixed. Also, we had what looked like beard hair in the shower, and our extra blanket appeared to have mud on it. Guest services were very prompt in taking care of our issues. Otherwise, the condo smelled very clean and was decorated very "beachy" and cute.

Pros: Location close to the pool, shopping, and beach, and on the first floorCons: couch and mattress very uncomfortable and the tv in the room was super tiny and did not have netflix only the one in the living room. I think the cleaning could’ve been better as I noticed a stain on the sheet and the bathroom needed a better wipe down especially the cabinets. Overall it was not bad for 2 day weekend but I wouldn’t recommended longer than that.
