Beautiful CLEAN Townhome in East Mesa - w/Community Heated Pool
Questa unità è una residenza cittadina molto spaziosa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni - su 1 livello e senza scale! 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 camera matrimoniale. È davvero ottimo per famiglie e coppie in un quartiere sicuro e tranquillo che cerca di sfuggire a un clima più caldo e sperimentare ciò che il deserto ha da offrire. Dispone di 2 camere da letto e bagni separati - ottimo per 2 coppie. Ha un cortile di buone dimensioni per cani e un patio per barbecue e rilassarsi la sera. La casa ha un sacco di lucernari naturali e questa casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole. C'è la biancheria all'interno - lavatrice / asciugatrice. La piscina comunitaria riscaldata e la vasca idromassaggio sono a pochi passi di distanza. L'unità è ben equipaggiata con tutto l'essenziale; lenzuola, asciugamani, cuscini, stoviglie e utensili da cucina, caffettiera, tostapane, asse da stiro / ferro da stiro, microonde, lavastoviglie, forno / piano cottura, frigorifero, ecc. Satellite e internet forniti.
Questa casa si trova vicino alle aree Superstition Mountains e Red Mountain. Vicino a escursioni e sentieri, golf, laghi, parchi, negozi, autostrade e circa 25 minuti dall'aeroporto Sky Harbor e dagli aeroporti Gateway. The place was clean when coming in. Not used to sky lights so it was well light. My only real problem with it, was I went down for a wedding with two other guys. The third bedroom was more of a nook with no door. We could get passed the size of the room, we knew about it from the listing, but not having a door seemed a bit of the stretch of the word, room.

The townhouse was perfect for my husband and me. We stayed in it while we were in town visiting family who live nearby. It is clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again.

There was some confusion with our resevation and the unit was not ready when we arrived. Dianna made arrangements for us to stay at a local hotel until the unit was cleaned. When we arrived the next day, the cleaning person was still there so we had to wait another houe for her to finish. Once in the unit, there were a number of issues that prented themselves. 1. We were short 3 pillow cases for the bedrooms. 2. there was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. 3. We were unable to get the TV's in the bedrooms to connect so one the TV in the living room was usable. On the 1st morning, the Kurig coffee maker would not operate so we had to run to the nearest Starbucks to purchase the four cups of coffee needed for our group. Dianna was responsive to these issues and ordered pillow cases and a new coffee maker that were delivered by late afternoon. We never were able to get the bedroom TV's to operate properly. Directions should probably be provided for every TV in the unit. The tub in the guest bathroom had a substantial leak at the floor line which we had to towell up after each use. I reported this to Dianna and she was going to have it looked at after we checked out. One other issue that we had was very poor lighting in the bedrooms and living room. There was no good place to read in these areas. Additional lighting would be helpful for future renters. This is a very nice unit in a nice location and was clean once we finally checked in. Brad Z.
