Questa unità al piano inferiore dispone di 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno, cucina per chef con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi progettati e colorati su misura, vasca da bagno con banconi doccia e quarzo, pavimenti nuovi e illuminazione completamente nuova. Modanatura a corona in tutto e ante a specchio dell'armadio. Situato su Sandyland Road, l'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia più sicura del mondo di Carpinteria. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dai negozi del centro, ottimi ristoranti e il mercato degli agricoltori di Carpinteria. Completamente fornita e accogliente, questa unità ha tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godersi la vita da spiaggia. Il patio privato si apre sul lato spiaggia per grandi albe, tramonti e suoni della spiaggia. Il complesso dispone di 2 piscine riscaldate e una vasca idromassaggio, oltre a una sala club e lavatrici / asciugatrici.

Condo is very comfortable, kitchen has everything needed, nicely decorated… And most importantly, so close to the beach! A previous guest indicated a problem with Wi-Fi, but I experienced no difficulties at all. Leigh will address your every need and is very accommodating. I would stay here again!

I enjoyed almost every aspect of this rental - the cleanliness and layout of the property, the well-stocked kitchen, the enclosed patio, the on-site amenities, including pool, hot tub and laundry facilities, the great location one block from the beach and especially the communications with and attention from the owner. The one and only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the very poor cell phone service I experienced within the unit. I had to go outside to make or receive phone calls, which was annoying. I have AT&T, but a friend who was staying there has Verizon and had a similar experience. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place!

The apartment is one block off of the beach, easy walk to Linden and its restaurants and shop in short perfect for a weekend, week or longer. The host is close to the property and very responsive. We had an issue with a pesky cricket and the host was wonderful;y responsive and dealt with it for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Furnishings and amenities were high quality. Kitchen was well stocked. The location at 2 minutes walk from the beach is hard to beat. Leigh was a fabulous host, so very helpful and responsive. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the patio and enjoying meals while listening to the surf.

Only annoying thing was not owner's fault. Dog walkers love to leave poop on grassy strip in front of patio. I ruined a pair of sandals one night.

Everything about our week in Leigh’s condo on the beach was wonderful. Leigh made the renting process seamless and she was always available if needed. The condo was spotless and both bedrooms had comfy beds and lots of storage. The pool and spa are right out the back door ( laundry a few steps away, too) and you can hear the waves on the beautiful beach ( which is a one minute walk away!) from the spacious front patio, equipped with a gas grill. Perfect location on a quiet beach side street with a salt marsh at the end, so very little traffic. Easy walk/ bike to the many nice shops and great restaurants in Carp and we could easily ride bikes to the well stocked grocery store one mile away. Great hiking and biking, and an easy drive to Santa Barbara if you can tear yourself away!
This is indeed the perfect retreat in a sweet and very friendly little town, and we will definitely be back! Thank you Leigh.!🙏
