It was a super nice little spot for our family of 4. Great location to walk to the beach, food, shops, and enjoy a laid back trip. The absolute only downside was construction debris, including screws and other remnants from work being done on the bed and on the porch. Not great when you have toddlers, but otherwise the unit is nice, quiet, clean, and has every amenity you could need!

We had a fabulous time! We’re a family of 4. My husband and I, a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Initially was choosing between this rental or Tradewinds and so glad we made the right choice! We had a couple of issues, one being the A/C, but service recovery of staff was top notch! We felt such effort to resolve the issue and the pros outweigh the cons by far. The baby monitor reaches the beach so that is something to note for families with babies! Lovely place, balcony overlooking the ocean is awesome, we never even used the pool because we beached all day everyday! And location definitely cannot be beat. Brass Monkey closeby has good food too. Great coffee shop in the corner. Good Vibes all the way! 100% recommend & will definitely be back!

This rental was better than I ever expected, and we couldn't have asked for more. Upon arrival, all of the lights and fans were on and it was so inviting, along with a very large and immaculate place. The apartment was equiped with all of the kitchenware and kitchen appliances, nice furniture, and was perfect with a king bed in the separate bedroom and a double pull-down and twin bed with a trundle pull-out in the second bedroom. The dishwasher, and washer & dryer was a huge plus, along with beach chairs, beach towels, iron and other amenities. The view of the Gulf was fantastic with many windows inside and a large wrap-around porch outside. The pool in the back was warm and was great for after the beach or during days not on the beach. This rental is situated in the most convenient part of Pass-A-Grille and a few steps away from 8th Ave, Brass Monkey, Paradise Grille and the beach. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back.

The location was absolutely perfect, and we loved the condo. Our kids still nap and go to bed early, so it was great to have a balcony with a beach view while they slept. The convenience of popping over to the beach or down to the pool was all we needed. We’ll be back!

Property was nicely renovated aesthetically with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico! Bathroom is a bit cramped but it works. Advertised with additional bedroom, which has a Murphy bed and a day bed however it is a 'walk thru' from the only door to the common access area.
Cable boxes were complicated in the living room and master bedroom. We never did get the tv to work in the Master. However, this was probably the least of our problems.
We got there and were surprised that it was very hot in the unit. There is a note on the wall to keep the AC turned to 79 upon leaving. It was 83 in the unit.
After turning the unit on and running it for several hours there was no change. So, we called the service and could only leave a message- apparently the management doesnt support live staffing after 5 pm on the weekend and check in is at 4. Odd.
Several hours later we received a text from a technician who informed us that he had been drinking and would be out in the morning to look at the unit. The unit was down for a total of three nights and the temperature inside was 83 degrees.
Next issue was the locks on the door, Digital keypad failed and when the tech came to replace the batteries the door would not lock. After leaving additional messages someone came out and adjusted the box but we spend a day and a night without a lock on the door. Pass a grille is safe but this is uneasy.
I have been going to Pass a grille for decades. I will not stay at a Tech Travel property again.
They did offer us a free 'activity' to make up for our troubles. We declined- I would have rather had working AC and a door that locked. There are plenty of other options in the area.
They should have offered us a refund or some partial (half) refund but they barely spoke to us.
After the initial issue with the AC the comtact (Brandon) was no where to be found and never called us directly.
Go elsewhere, but stay in Pass a Grille.

The location is great. Condo was nice. Please don’t use TechTravel if you expect customer service. I had an important question and could not get a returned phone call after leaving multiple messages on the number given on check in email. 18 hours later got into a banter email conversation with them. Good thing I wasn’t calling about a door code. Would have been sleeping in my car!! Zero customer service skills.

I love Pass A Grille, I have stayed at many places here and this is my new favorite. I have Gerd and the adjustable bed was a amazing surprise. The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing. Definitely staying here again.

Pros: great location, nice property and chairs/umbrellas for beach. Cons: loud group of 10+ people staying in one rental below us. For the high price paid they should provide amenities for entire stay (toilet paper, shampoo, etc).

The condo had many upgrades which was nice. We had an issue with the dryer. Vivian got back to us in a few minutess to correct the proble. The town changed their parking policies and issued us a ticket again Vivian had it taken care of immediately. We have rented the same place for over 10 years and the Tech Travel has been wonderful every year. Quick responses, condo was immaculate and we hope to be back next year. Just waiting for them to send the contract.

Perfect Location! I have visited this beach many times with my family that lives in FL, but have never vacationed here. It was absoulutey a great experience even with the minor remodel hiccups. Would stay here again!

Quite impressed that most everything was higher end - appliances, dishwater, etc. Except neither I nor my wife liked the bed at all. Price was consistent with the area. Pool area and loungers need some TLC and the charcoal grills are suspect. I would recommend.

Excellent location right across the beach with a great view of the water especially from the wrap-around porch. Kind of strange layout but gives you the opportunity to share the property with more guests. Lovely shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Great place to rent for a slice of old Florida!

Great condo. Super clean. Comfortable, with great beds, plenty of Tv's, awesome secluded oasis at the pool, and right across the street from Pass-A-Grille beach. Restaurants, bars, ice cream all within walking distance. It couldn't have been better or easier.

The views, location and set up were just great. Nice wide, wrap around porch with two seating areas, open and comfortable living area--both with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderfully appointed with everything needed -- down to beach towels and high quality beach chairs. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Pass-a-Grille is a quiet beach town with no highway culture or chain restaurants. Very, very nice!

I have to say I was suspect about pictures on other sites. VRBO is the way to go. Property was just as the pictures indicated. Actually better then expected. Pass-a-Grille beach was awesome and such a great beach community. Condo was clean and had all the amenities. We had 4 adults with two tall kids and sleeping arrangements were perfect. We will be back.

It's a great location. we've been there 3 times now, however the mattress in the main bedroom needs to be changed , its worn out, it has foam pads on it to make it comfortable. it's not close to being that. Please replace it as soon as possible. that's the same mattress that was there before. if it were changed, I would have rated it a 5 star. The bed isn't level you could fall out. Otherwise the unit was perfect
