Pulito e immacolato 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, splendida cornice a un isolato dall'oceano, spiaggia di Scarborough! La planimetria è spaziosa al livello principale, con cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno tutti aperti l'uno all'altro, con grande ponte fuori dalla cucina / sala da pranzo, con comodi posti a sedere e grigliate con vista spettacolare sull'oceano. Le camere da letto al 2 ° piano e una doccia con vasca da bagno. Due camere da letto hanno letti queen size con vista sull'oceano e la terza camera ha un rotelle che crea due gemelli o 1 letto king size. Tutte le camere hanno la propria televisione. Inoltre è previsto un seggiolone, una culla e un carro. Questa casa è arredata con gusto, tra cui lenzuola, set asciugamani e teli mare!

Great location - bright and beautiful beach view

We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs and carts/wagon/umbrellas. We had an issue with the umbrellas that were there being in disrepair and not functional. One note to Robin and they were promptly replaced with four brand new sturdy beach umbrellas. She even brought a new beach cart over when she noted that the existing one had seen better days. I can’t say enough about her prompt communication and obvious care that our stay should be pleasant and easy. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and made an excellent backdrop for a few impromptu family photos with the lovely hydrangeas. The real draw for this house is the location - a very short flat walk to the beach across the street and an easy drive to many nice restaurants.

Great time beautiful property we had a grad party here

The property manager was very responsive pre and during our stay, to any questions I had. The house was extremely clean (my #1 criteria). The location can’t be beat with a walk to the beach. The yard was great for kids to play and the deck was perfect to have a drink and look at the water. The beds took getting used to, but overall this house was perfect for our family of 3.
