Perfect location for a east bike ride to beach access 22

Beautifully clean and appointed condo in a great location. Would highly recommend and would stay here again based on the location and quality of the condo.

Location was good as it was a bikable distance to the beach and to Harbour Town. Condo was appropriately sized and everything was very nicely decorated and clean. It was very functional and about what we needed as a couple. The pool area was in good shape as well, and we enjoyed that a couple times.HOWEVER, as soon as we walked in we smelled mold and it was persistently humid in the unit even with the AC on (90% humidity or greater). It's July and very humid outside, however a sufficient AC unit should be able to pull most of that moisture out of the interior and down to comfortable levels. The pervasive smell got us to looking, and we noticed several spots on the ceiling where mold was actively growing and around the AC vent in the bathroom. You could tell they had tried to paint over this multiple times to cover it up, but when it's 90% humidity in the unit even with the AC on it will inevitably always come back. We were out all day and not in the unit until bedtime, and, outside of a very moist sleeping environment, it did not disrupt our stay all that much, but to us active mold is an unacceptable condition and needs to be addressed. This unit either needs a bigger AC unit or you need a dehumidifier, or both.
