Loved so much about the property and stay. Enjoyed the decks, hot tub, trout fishing while my wife could watch with a cup of coffee from the deck, great cabin feel to the townhouse, etc. Only things that were “negative” the road is narrow and has two-way traffic and the driveway is very steep. It gave my wife anxiety backing down it since the river is at the bottom.

We had a wonderfull time with this cabin! Super convenient for walking or driving into town. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and felt cozy for a great get away!

Wonderful property! Clean, spacious (for a family of three, but even with a few more kids it would be great). The bunk beds were a favorite of our daughter! The hot tub was great as well. Condo was also decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The location to downtown Helen was perfect - not too close to the action to be annoying, but close enough if you wanted a (relatively) healthy walk, otherwise, a two minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

The interior of the townhouse was adorable. Master bed was so comfortable. Wished the door to the master bathroom was able to close. Would have liked some instructions for the various TVs.

This condo is right beside the river, walkable distance to downtown Helen (this is very helpful while there were traffics to the town); enough bed for family of 5; clean, and beautiful neighborhood! Will come back again!

Very easy check in and check out process. The directions to the property were confusing, but the management was quick to assist and even gave a courtesy call upon arrival to ensure we had everything needed.

Very nice, clean place to stay. The noise of the river was wonderful for sleeping! Great location. The only negative if there really was one was the power lines next to the property but that everywhere in Helen. Definitely will stay again and the walk to town was easy.

Sitting on the deck listening to the creek rush and watching the tubers was just amazing. The hot tub and the hammock were so relaxing. Definitely plan to return soon.

Management is excellent. Check in/out was a breeze. The townhouse was the perfect size for our family. It was just as shown in the pictures, with even a few added touches in the decor. Very cozy and warm decor. Clean and well supplied with kitchen items, hand soap, and towels, etc. Beautiful view and sounds of the river from the front porches. Even though the rushing river is loud outside it is not heard when inside. Everything worked perfectly. Very easy to feel comfortable in this vacation home. Beds are on the soft side but comfortable. Lots of extra blankets can be found if needed. Just FYI, when coming into the home from the garage, there is a foyer floor, then there is a flight of stairs to get to the main living area floor and then another flight of stairs up to the bedrooms. Large porches on main living & bedroom floors with doors going out to the porches from each room which is great. Nice hot tub on the main living floor porch which was relaxing after walking around Helen. We walked down the road a bit and saw a waterfall on the opposite side of the road from the river. Conveniently located just west of and off the main road of the busiest area of Helen. Yes the driveway is a little steep and the road is narrow, but it's definitely doable. Highly recommend this vrbo to anyone who doesn't have any health issues where stairs might be a problem. It's a lovely place!

This place was better than described! It was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable! I didn’t realize there was a jacuzzi spa in the master bathroom, which was a nice bonus! The easily accessible patios made the place seem even more spacious. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances but the one frustration (and it’s a relatively small one…) was there was only one dish towel available to us. No dish rags to wipe counters were provided either. I called the management about it and she said that’s all the housekeeping must have left us and advised us to use paper towels. However, the paper towels were way too thin and cheap for that. We ended up using the black “refresh” face towels from the bath towels to wipe the counters. No big deal in the big scheme of things. It would have also been nice to have napkins supplied so we bought a pack and left it for the next guests. We had a wonderful time. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the area!

Everything was amazing

Our expectations were exceeded with this place, the pictures don't do it justice. A perfect loction with everything we could want and within walking distance to local food and attractions. The hot tub was one of the best I have used at any rental and the view from it was awesome. Bed was comfortable, the property was clean, the property management contaced us to be sure we had everything we needed. One of the best places I have ever rented honestly. We are planning to stay here again for sure!
