This property was in a great location, just a few blocks from the Seaside Heights boardwalk which was amazing! But it is a 2 bedroom, not 3 as was listed.
We had one issue with the microwave not working, which the manager knew about but had not yet fixed since the prior visitor. Since we were there a short time, it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Andrea was very nice at check in and check out and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall happy with our stay. Condo was very clean with updated decor and only a block from the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Minor things to note: not much in the way of cookware is provided. Our unit had only one small and one medium sized saucepan. Microwave touchpad a bit worn, the number "1" did not function at all. Fridge light was burned out and there was a problem with water collecting on the shelves (not sure of source). None of these issues affected our stay but we did pass it on to the office. On the plus side the Fiesta brand dishes were very nice. They were yellow, my favorite color! Would stay with Lazy River again.

We had a amazing stay at the property. Everyone was so nice. Andrea made the check in and out process so easy. We will definitely back.

We enjoyed the beach -and the boardwalk- only 1.5 blocks away- during the day and then went to various restaurants for dinner. We are coming back!
