Great place, got upgraded to the suite for free, thanks for that! The breaky was great and the place does look in good condition

Pool could get a clean

- The Bed, I slept soo good - The Woman at the Reception was very friendly, the Guy wasn't, but maybe that is his nature - Very nice Bar (But terrible Beer selection), with nice staff - safe Parking spot

- The Room wasn't clean, specially the Bathroom. After switch on the light, so sticky, you need to wash your hands. But also the Glass in the Lift.... - Breakfast (Donuts, Cakes was so dry and hard, must be weeks old}, Toast and Butter was Ok -The Beer Selection, only international strong Beer. No Heineken or Budweiser or a Tsing Tao, Leo or Singha. Drank an Ultra light beer from Kingfisher, terrible taste, Kingfisher is not a good Beer compete to International Standard. Never drank something worse, just wanted to relax, at this really nice Bar, but left early because of that.

Room was not clean. It was stinking. Breakfast was very average. There was a wedding function taking place so it was quite noisy.

Food is good

Cleanliness part is not satisfactory,washrooms are not welll maintained,we had asked for extra bed but only mattress provided . Bedding was done on the floor that’s new and shocking thing for me as I’m a regular customer of Redisson chain.

Just the lawn and food was good

Staff had just one answer "No". The beddings were not available, no proper inventory, rooms were not clean and were smelling really bad.

We liked the SPA which my wife took

As we are pure vegetarian and we dont consume onion and garlic we found difficult to adjust in the cafetaria.
