This was my first time booking through Expedia and Pass the Key. The process wasn’t the most straightforward, as I wasn’t always sure who to contact regarding different matters or who the messages were coming from. It might be helpful if the communication channels were a little clearer, especially for addressing smaller issues. As for the property itself, it’s a very nice ground-floor flat—spacious, nicely decorated, and in a pleasant residential area. Although very comfortable overall, the lower-level setting does come with a bit of dampness. Airing the flat while we were inside did help. The flat had clearly been cleaned to a high standard, and we really appreciated that. However, the pillowcases seemed not to have dried fully before being put on, which left them with a slight smell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort that went into preparing the flat. With a few small improvements, it could be an even more comfortable experience for future guests.
