Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: Cute little house with spectacular views that is pet friendly. Even a fenced yard (as long as your dogs aren't interested in escaping)! Kitchen was well equipped.Bad: The parking area/driveway is shared with the neighbors so turning around can require a 5-point turn or backing down the steep driveway. The house isn't finished...I think they are trying to pass it off as a stylistic choice but peeling lead-based paint and missing outlet covers are never in style. There aren't blinds on all the windows which can be unnerving at night. The couches are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. The bathroom is so dark it was hard to see anything in the shower.

The decor was unique and pleasing. More than one coffee filter would have been nice and some basic dry goods since the town is closed down by 5pm and checkin is after 4pm.

It was a nice little place to stay while in town. Great view. They aren’t lying when they say that you need a 4x4 or equivalent to get up the driveway. Luckily my Ford Edge made it up there with a good running start.

I was not fully aware that a company owns and runs this property which was an odd experience. The reminders and emails were automated from the ocmpany and it felt like things were regulated differently than when property is run by people who have lived there and want to share their home with you (told there would be limited toilet paper and if we needed more we could buy it). The home was a cool place in an awesome location, it just felt more like a hotel experience. We recommend Creede as there is so much to do and this location lent to experiencing the town.

This was a great spot for us to access town as well as hiking trails and river fishing. The WiFi is excellent…my husband was in Zoom calls all day and 2 of us were on our laptops at the same time. Tons of small appliances! No spices but salt & pepper so bring your own. We really loved it. The steep drive is a bit bumpy but no issue for us

This house was clean and very comfortable. We felt at home in the house on the hill. It is stocked with everything you need and then some. Great view from front porch. Drive way is no joke, it is very steep though i had no issue as i have all wheel drive. Not sure what you do in snow? I escaped the heat in texas for a few days and the breeze on porch was amazing. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cabin was a perfect size for us(two adults and two 5 yr old). Kids enjoyed the loft, the stairs were a little intimidating for one of them but they got over it. Kitchen was a nice size. I was little disappointed in the kitchen pots and pans, I would recommend bringing a skillet to cook on. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was fine. It was raining when we arrived which made driving up the hill to get to house a little tricky. Overall, nice place, great views. I would stay here again.

We had a great time in Creede and this was the perfect home to stay in while we were visiting! The location and views from the home couldn’t be beat! The home was well stocked and very cute!

Cute little house with amazing views. Easy walk to Creede’s Main Street. The kitchen was stocked better than any other property I’ve stayed at. Every gadget you could imagine and even some you couldn’t. Eclectically furnished with comfortable furnishings. We definitely would stay there again.

The location of the rental property was excellent-great view and walking distance to the downtown area. The front porch was great too. The interior of the house was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom were OK, but the furniture in the living room and the bed were really uncomfortable. We had originally planned to have one or two of our children accompany us on our trip but they ended up not being able to come. As it turns out, it was probably for the best that they didn’t come as the sleeping arrangements upstairs looked really cramped. The online listing seems a little misleading about the sleeping areas. The experience at this house could be much improved if a little more effort was put into providing more comfortable furniture and beds.

The mountainous views of this property were excellent. Creede is a nice little town with tons of hiking opportunities. The house itself was cute with plenty of pots, pans, etc. The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived and the main bed was not comfortable at all. When trying out the upstairs mattress we found a used Qtip and eye drops. There is a board missing in the kitchen area that could be a safety hazard, All in all, the property is a nice place, it just needs a little TLC.

Cabin was quirky and quaint but very comfortable and had an absolutely gorgeous view of the valley and town.

Enjoyed every minute. Such a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend
