It was a beautiful, beautiful home with lots of fun things to do. Communication with management is excellent. Close to many good restaurants only 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown San Antonio. Definitely will be going back.❤️

Decided to do a neutral site Christmas with family in San Antonio, and selected this property for the amount of rooms and amenities. The whole family loved the pool and foosball tables. The back patio was a great place to hang out. The area was nice, and was close to major roads to get to other parts of the city.

It was a great trip. The place was clean and organized. The host even left treats for our check in. Nice touch! We will be back next year.

The house is a beautiful house with lots of space, but it really needs a good deep cleaning. My family from California came to spend some time with our family and we decided to rent the house to just relax, cook and enjoy the pool. The first day we arrived, I tried to cook a meal for us. The dishes, pots and pans were filthy full of caked on grease and dust. I decided to wash everything before using but I had to go to near store to purchase a sponge and dish soap since the sponge provided by owner was smelly and old. I managed to cook a meal and when we tried to take showers, the “ clean towels” on shelf were damp and musty. I had to go to store again to buy some vinegar to wash ALL TOWELS with detergent and vinegar to take the musty smell out of the towels.
Yes, I did let the Host know the next day after I arrived and they sent me over a bottle of wine a sponge and some dish soap the following day. 100 refund was put back on my account after I checked out for “ all the cleaning” I had to do.
I’ve rented my homes and I never thought I’d see or experience what I did. I’m disappointed because I know I deserved more than 100 refund and a bottle of wine. We stayed 3 nights, why didn’t they send over the “ cleaning crew to do their job right when I let the host know of the findings after I arrived?…

Even though it was needed for an unexpected out of town medical emergency stay. This house really helped ease the tension we all were feeling. Communication was clear, house was clean and very entertaining. Hopefully we can go back on a vacation to enjoy it to it's fullest.....

Our stay was amazing! The rental is beautiful and very well maintained. We had a few questions on some things after check in which the host answered within minutes via text. They even offered to pop over to show us how to work the TVs when I was having issues since my age is showing and I am not as technology savvy as I sometimes need to be. They were very helpful and checked on us to make sure that everything was to our liking. The house offers a pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table and video game which all were used by our family, especially our our grandson who that having all these items at his fingertips was incredible - oh to be 6 years old again. We will definitely look to rent again should our travels take us to San Antonio. Thank you for a great stay!

Came to the area for a family wedding … after driving 20 hours non-stop our hosts were just a text message away with any questions that we had. They gave us solutions to a tv reception question and even offered to drive over and assist us. Loved the game room …especially our grandson who wanted to beat everyone in foosball. Thank you for a great stay!

good number of bedrooms and baths, but unable to use master toilet...running constantly and smell in room bad
smell throughout upstairs rooms, carpet needs changing really worn and dirty...masking smell with artificial scents
difficult to get into and out of refrigerator because of up against wall/door
lighting in kitchen above table did not work, kept flickering on/off
one set of towels per person in master only and very worn and no decent bath mat for getting out of shower
take the heavy hanging decoration off front door always banging when coming and going....too many decorations everywhere
be prepared: no measuring cups, no spatulas, no mixing bowls, no decent skillet or medium size saucepan but decent large roasting pots

Very nice house and very convenient to Lackland AFB. We will definitely be back! The only complaints were a lack of bath towels for a large party, and the thermostat kept switching back to 80. Instructions on programming that would have been helpful. Other than those 2 minor details, everything was perfect! Highly recommend for large families attending BMT graduation!!

Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent! It was very nice to have questions or comments replied to within minutes. They truly made us feel welcome and that they had our best interest at heart. Very good location if your main purpose is to visit Seaworld. Also, it is not far from downtown which is a plus.

The home was clean and in a good location. However, only one TV worked, the hot tub didn’t work and dining room table was broken and propped up with a stool under it.

Great family getaway! The home is inviting, very comfortable and packed with fun!!! It's close to everything! John is a very responsive and attentive host! The ONLY regret I have is not staying longer. We will be back!
