It rained for much of our stay so to have the covered outdoor entertainment areas was a huge plus. The area down by the water was of the best of the places we have stayed. We have been coming to Lake Martin for the last five summers.. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice machine was helpful. They also had ice chest available that we used to store our drinks. We would love to return! The only complaint from any of the ladies was that the main bathroom needed updating, but that wa being picky. This location on the lake provided the absolute best view! Heather was super responsive with any questions and even came by to check on things and gave us suggestions for pla places to go.

The home was spacious, warm, and incredibly well-equipped — plenty of room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and celebrate together. The lake views were stunning. The outdoor area provides plenty of seating and room to visit. This was more than just a weekend away — it was a special memory for our family that we’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate something meaningful in a peaceful, beautiful setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: Sometimes you hate to leave a great review because you want to keep your discovery a secret. 😊 I love the peacefulness of the lake but other rentals were not close enough to the water or the views were blocked. Well, I have found the perfect views!! There are so many places to sit and enjoy the views from anywhere you choose. Nice kitchen and living area. Close enough to stores and someplace to go out for a bite if you can tear yourself away. Easy access and good roads. A . Can't wait for my next visit to A Point To Happiness!

Enjoyed our stay at A Point to Happiness. The lake view and sunsets are spectacular.
