We had everything we needed. House was well equipped. Decorations was warm and comfortable. Jacuzzi was a must for us. We all enjoyed it every morning. Location was in town and close to everything. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We would stay there again.

The Top of the Town was a good place for our 3 couples - 6 adults and 1 Tween. The primary BR is large and very pleasant. The other two BRs are small with limited space for luggage, etc. The lower level is spacious so things can spread out there as necessary. The middle level has a well equipped kitchen, living area and access to great decks with a small hot tub. The kitchen island doubles as the eating area with 6 stools. Three full bathrooms (one on each level) are a plus. The house is indeed at the top of the town accessed by steep dirt roads. We were glad to have one AWD vehicle. A FWD Toyota van had more problems until we unloaded it and hauled luggage and coolers up to the house. The property managers communicated very well and responded to a few minor maintenance needs quickly. We enjoyed a show at Creede Rep Theater, dinners at The Creede Hotel, The Antlers and 149 Eatery at Cottonwood Grove. The Mining Museum and Bachelor Mine Driving Loop is very interesting and scenic - with AWD vehicles.

We had a great couple weeks with our family in this cabin! The hot tub worked well and everything was clean and well-stocked.Would rent again, but the caveat is the driveway. It is extremely steep and should be mentioned in this listing. Pulling straight up to the top entrance almost certainly requires 4-wheel drive and a sharp right turn with little room for error. The bottom entrance is slightly easier to climb, but is still a sharp right turn at speed to get all the way up. We had a Jeep, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but my parents had a difficult time in their small sedan.

This house is perfect for families. Every detail is thought through and so cute and entertaining for kids. It’s even welcoming for pets. Hot tub and view were lovely, cute decor, comfy beds, high tech, and stocked with anything you could need. Stairs may be a problem for really young and old and driveway was scary but still a great rental. It

Wow, this place was amazing. My family had never been to Creede before and we will be back. The house looks to be completely redone, the fixtures are all top of the line, great views off the deck and hot tub, fully stocked with the nicest of amenities, easy walk straight into downtown from the house. The proximity to town and other locations is great. We used this as base camp and went rafting in Buena Vista, hot springs in Pagosa, toured Lake City, did some fly fishing in South Fork, and of course did a few days exploring the mines/areas of Creede proper. If you have never been to this area you are missing out. We have been to a ton of places in Colorado but few match the level of tranquility and views of this. Can't wait to return!!!!!

I hesitate to say how wonderful this home was, for fear it will be booked next time I want to come! Most thoughtful rental I’ve ever been in. Everyone loved their spaces, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Kitchen fabulous. Views fabulous. Beds fabulous. The drive is steep but we are used to that coming from hill country; some may not be comfortable with that but it really is no problem and it rained every day. Absolutely will be back!
