Enjoyed our stay, house was neat and quiet with great amenities. Perfect location for us.

We liked everything about the place, especially location and all amenities. While we missed having a working fireplace, the beautiful weather made up for it. The host gave us great tips for excellent nearby restaurants.

The long private driveway opens up to a beautifully kept home nestled in the mountain side . A short walk from the house is a wild creek where I spent most of my mornings enjoying my coffee and taking in the peace and serenity of the Colorado wilderness.
The home was clean, simple, and elegant and had everything we needed to keep ourselves entertained and well fed during our 4 day exploration. 6 of us slept comfortably in the home and took advantage of the walk in SPA/shower and outdoor hottub.
A 40 minute drive, and we were in beautiful Morrison enjoying dinner and a show at the Red Rock's Amphitheatre which was a bucket list venue for us.
We ventured into town closer to home (about a 10 minute drive) for super market trips and local shopping. The locals were lovely people and super accommodating.
Would love a return trip. Highly recommend.

This is a charming cabin tucked in the woods that has been completely remodeled. It has all of the modern conveniences yet the cabin charm. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even better. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub or steam room. Restaurants take about 20 minutes to get to and there’s lots to do in the area if you are outdoors people . The owner/manager was great to work with as well!

We rented this house as well as the adjacent property (same owner) and it was amazing. The houses are just adorable. We had family and friends stay preparing for our daughters wedding. We had such a great time. I would definitely rent both houses again in the future if the opportunity arose. A quick walk up/down the creek to each house. Absolutely loved it.

We had a great time at this gem of a property. We came to go explore and go to a show at Red Rocks - great location! House has been updated very well while keeping some wonderful original elements. We would definitely come back if we come back to the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Jack’s Place enjoying a mountain getaway. The property is exactly as described. We would enjoy coming back in summer for fishing.

Beautiful home just perfect in every aspect! The kids loved it so much they were ready to move in!! And teenagers hate everything so that is saying something!! Hahah! Had trouble finding it because gps sent me to the wrong location but I called and John was so patient and kind and guided us in the right direction. The hot tub and steam shower were amazinnnnggg! Overall just a wonderful property and communication with the hosts was great as well! No complaints and would love to come back again!! Thank you for an amazing place to spend the weekend with our family.

Our family had a great stay at "Jack's Place". Even before we booked I was impressed by John's quick an helpful replies to our questions, and he maintained that responsiveness during our stay. The house is newly remodeled and they did beautiful work restoring this home, better than the pictures. This was a great fit for our family of young boys. The house itself is very secluded and surrounded by forest. The property has a picturesque river running through it, and it backs up to Pike National Forest which we did a number of hikes in. The brand new hot tub and steam room were great after days of exploring all there is to do in the area. The drive back into the Denver area was only about 30 mins and was very easy when we were seeing sites there. Our kids liked it so much here one of them said he wanted to move there. Thanks for the great stay.

Great house in Bailey. We stayed there for a Red Rocks concert and it was just close enough but just far enough away to have some privacy, nature and good hang times with our friends.

My husband, myself, our grown daughter, and her family needed a location close to Brook Forest as we were in town for a family wedding. The house was just perfect for our needs. The home and grounds are well cared for and in great shape. The owners are super friendly and quickly took care of a minor issue. Several enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the privacy, and quietness of the property. We highly recommend the owners and the house.

Renting was easy, all the communication was accurate. The house was clean and nicely decorated and the steam shower is fantastic! I would happily stay here again.

This place was fantastic! Very comfortable, roomy and so relaxing. Great front porch to enjoy nature!

The house was amazing. We cooked regularly in the kitchen enjoyed time out on the patio got to hike down to the river and up to Pike Peak National forest which the property borders absolutely beautiful place to stay! And the steam shower is a must!
