Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heavenly Sunshine is a lovely place. The house was just what we needed and was just as described in the listing. We appreciated that there were some extra beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use (to supplement what we rented). Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It is so conveniently located for catching the trolley to and from the pool & beach. I would give five stars across the board but the master bathroom has black mold on the ceiling. Unfortunately we've dealt with black mold and are very familiar with how to recognize it and the health dangers it can pose. With seniors, children and an expectant mother in the house, we had to completely avoid using the master suite to be on the safe side (to avoid breathing any airborne spores or disturbing the mold). Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for that issue and having to consolidate into other parts of the house. My hope is that the issue is dealt with properly (by the owner/ property manager) and doesn't cause health problems for any future guests. The property manager is very kind but quite hard to reach at times.

We would definitely stay at Heavenly Sunshine again!
