It is reasonably close to facilities, such as restaurants and train station.
The apartment comes with a kitchen with pots and pan etc.
It is a nice place apartment for short stay, a great alternative to standard hotel and B&B.
Hand wash is not provided.
The bath tube is not easy for aged people to get out, because there is no handle and there is a big width between the bath tube. It is easy to get slipped when getting out when the bath tube is wet and the person have wet feet on the floor. For the young and fit person it is not an issue, but it would be unsafe for older persons who have mobility problems.

Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, transport and places of interest. Minimal traffic noise overnight.
The tv was a bit too big for the size of the lounge area.

Location is great! Very comfy mattress.
A freshly painted walls would lift the site and more care should be given to the bathroom: toilet seat was broken, tiles with some mould in the bath area, door frame in the bathroom to be fixed with fresh paint, bathroom towels could be better.
