Great reception staff. Clean and cozy room

Few pieces of cutleries could be added.

Complimentary breakfast was basic. Bread and eggs with tea or beverage. No choice of hot drink. You take what is given. Breakfast is restricted to one guest only even if you are two as per the reservation. You pay for the other guest. Better to warn guests in advance on the rule for complimentary breakfast.

Loud music on the Friday before leaving Abuja. Learnt there is a night club.

Everything ok

Not a lot

Location was good, warm reception staffers, facility very nice, close to the church i visited, easily accessible by vehicle

In total I spent 13 days in the facility - 18-30 August 2026. I disliked having to call the reception for cleaning of the room, availability of toiletries, change of towels and bedsheets, providing tea items and water - making the basic minimum services available. Management need to invest more in the house-keeping department Another challenge was the internet unavailability - there was four days in a row without internet and there was no communication from management about the situation. Also, the issue of not accepting and giving change in foreign currency is not a good pitch for a facility hosting foreign nationals being in the country for the first time. Management need to review this policy.
