Great view, location and pet friendly.

Location, beachfront! Close to all sorts of restaurants and attractions. Grocery stores and gas stations nearby. Beach is wonderful. Unit has enough room for 4 adults no problem. I stayed with my wife and pet dog. Kitchen is adequately supplied and open to living room and oceanview. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 queen and 2 single beds. beach side and street side balconies. Central staircase which is shared by other tenants.

Parking! During the "In Season" will be tough to navigate. Very tight and almost impossible to turn around in or drive around. If units are full, you will get parked in. Had some small bugs on the kitchen counter, don't know what kind they were. Some existing damage to bathroom floor tiles and doors, dishwasher and closet light. The area is also prone to flooded conditions during heavy storms.
