parking excellent. nicely furnished. great having 2 bathrooms.area to sit out.
aerial was very poor. had to hang the indoor aerial on door handle to get a signal. chipped plates. very very hot. found the digital screen very awkward to use.blinds needed changing.

We loved that it was in a quiet location and it felt very safe. Was such a beautiful property too and clean and comfortable. Was great to have parking too and a nice patio area to sit outside.
When we arrived the code to the gate didn’t work so had to call up to get it sorted. Also was extremely hot, was constantly 29 degrees inside even with fans and all doors open, so AC would have been nice as we had a baby with us. One of the blinds on the balcony door was broken and wouldn’t stay up so couldn’t keep that door open.

The location was quite a way out of Brighton but on a good bus route.The house was really nice and well maintained and equipped and in a quiet location.
The house was very warm although we turned the thermostat down, we had to leave upstairs doors open at night to make it comfortable to sleep.

L'emplacement est sympa et c'est chouette d'avoir le logement entier. C'était propre et il était facile d'atteindre une personne via WhatsApp en cas de question. La place de park est pratique.
Les lits sont minuscules. Il nous a été impossible de dormir à 2 dans le "grand" lit, on a dû occuper chacun une chambre. Heureusement nous n'étions que 2. Impossible d'avoir de l'obscurité car les stores sont sommaires et n'obscursissent presque pas la pièce. Bonjour les réveils à 5h30 du matin. Je trouve également très limite de recevoir un email en amont de cette évaluation pour demander à ne pas noter en dessous de 8.5. Avec les £500 de caution qu'il est obligatoire de déposer, ceci met une pression pour rédiger une super recommandation. Idem pour le point de la caution qui est la solution B car ils encouragent trèèèès largement la solution "assurance" où on paie £50 en plus du prix de la location.
En bref, si vous êtes une famille avec des enfants de moins de 10 ans et que vous mesurez moins de 160 cm, que ça ne vous dérange pas de vous faire réveiller par la lumière du jour, c'est une bonne solution. Sinon, choisissez une autre solution.
