Many burned out lights, broken fixtures, doors sticking, rusted tables, filthy pots, & pans, broken chairs, only 1 Chanel on main tv in living area, ceiling fan not working in master B R,, broken or missing floor tiles.
Entire unit needs renovation!!!
No one responded to come fix any of the issues.

Location and spacious
The bottom of the stairs outside was trashed and gross and that’s how we accessed the beach

It was overall a beautiful place and great location.
I didn’t like that I paid 3600 and we could utilize almost any of the closets as they had stuff in them. I didn’t like how there wasn’t a clear path to the beach made it hard with little ones have to step over construction items. I didn’t like how no one said the apartment to the left of us was being worked on, at 8am they were banging and everything else while working. The parking was really tight. Whoever cleaned the place left someone’s else used soap in the showers.

Location was excellent! Right on the beach with balconies overlooking the gulf.
More stairs than mentioned in ad for unit. This has 3 floors. The kitchen/family room is on 2nd floor with bedrooms on main and 3rd floor.
The parking lot was tricky to get in and out of on a busy street. The lot was on a downhill slant. Unit D had one spot that you could fit 2 cars front to back only. Other units had 2 spots side by side.

Pros:
-Right on the water. It was amazing to go to bed every night to the waves crashing.
-Very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Loved the walkability whether it was on beach, the boardwalk or the walking path across the street.
-Comfy beds. The one we used had a mattress topper.
-Clean home. Spacious.
-Onsite parking.
-Smart TV was nice for casting.
-Could use a few items, i.e. potholders, deep pocket sheets to fit bed with mattress topper, rugs by doors to help with sand/dirt and screens on the sliding glass doors.
-We were assured ahead of time that the house is treated for pests every month. We did see 3 cockroaches during our 24 day stay. All were by doors and seemed to be the product of being close to the beach.
