We enjoyed our stay, spacious accomodation, great location 5 min to metro station M1. Easy comunication with the host, easy and smooth check in and check out. A great place for big families!

Spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed. In a lovely neighborhood close to transit and a beautiful green space. Local shops, places to eat all within walking distance. Lovely neighbors and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, the apartment is very comfortable. The metro station is just near by.
There are lovely restaurants in a few minutes walk.
We discovered the forest only in our last day, don't miss it...

We arrived late in the afternoon and spent a little time finding the property since the taxi dropped us off at a different gate into the units. Once we found the right area, everything went well. The "neighborhood" is unusual and looks more like an office complex, but it was safe and quiet. The apartment is well kept and had all of the essentials. Given the record heat in June, 2023, air conditioning would have been nice, but the fans kept us cool enough. I would recommend the property for families wanting to visit Paris.

Our family of four stayed in this apartment for a few days in Paris and it was very nice. It is close to the Metro, a bakery, a grocery store, and several restaurants. Thanks to our great host!

The pictures do not do the neighborhood or the apartment justice. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with tons of food and 8 minute walk to a castle. The metro was a 5 minute walk which transported you to most attractions within 30 minutes (Eiffel tower 40-45 minutes). Would stay here again with my family. The host responded promptly and the apartment was perfect for our family.

This apartment has a great location. Die equipment though could be updated, especially in the kitchen. Some remodeling is needed. Cleanliness wasn't too good at our arrival. Finding the parking was very difficult, as there was no clear instruction where to find it. The host though was very helpful and helped us in the end! We had a good stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is presented exactly how it is. It is not new and fancy, but it is very well kept, clean and in a top location. Really easy to get to metro, lots of supermarkets, a nice park and the chateau near by. A great place for families.

We loved the property, it was close to transportation, markets and restaurants. The park nearby was a beautiful place to have a picnic. Parking was a little tricky, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay in Paris and would recommend this property strongly.

The flat is very good placed in Paris. The next Metro-Station is < 500m from the flat. From there you could reach the inner city in less than 20min.

Ruhige Wohnung um Paris zu erkunden.
Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung direkt in der Nähe des Chateau Vincennes mit angrenzendem Park. Durch die fußläufige Nähe zur Metro ideal um Paris zu erkunden. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist allerdings nichts für größere Fahrzeuge.

Great Economy Apartment in Paris Suburbs
The apartment was a clean and spacious no frills rental in Vincennes, a quaint Paris suburb accessible via train and populated with some nice restaurants and an open market on Sundays. Our 3 kids (15, 13, and 11) slept in the living room on 2 pullouts and we slept in the bedroom, not luxurious accommodations but hard to beat for the price! The neighborhood was quiet and seemed quite safe. Our interactions with Nanceur and Clemintine, although only by text and email, were fine and they were nice enough to retrieve a laptop my wife left in the apartment and keep it for us til we returned to Paris 2 weeks later. We would definitely stay here agian!

Paris ist immer eine Reise wert
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt im Erdgeschoss einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage in einem Pariser Vorort, was aber kein Problem ist, da eine Metrostation und eine Station der Schnellbahn in 5 minutiger Gehentfernung liegen, so dass man innerhalb einer viertel Stunde das Zentrum von Paris erreicht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind rings rum vorhanden, Touristen sind eher rar gesäht, so dass man den Pariser Flair genießen kann. Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig, was aber für uns kein Problem darstellte, da die übrigen Wohnungen von Parisern bewohnt werden, die erst gegen 8 Uhr morgens das Haus verlassen, da waren wir auch schon startbereit. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut, alles lief Bestens.

Séjour de 3 nuits, appartement très calme. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Gagnerait à être amélioré en linge de maison et nettoyage .

Bien mais nettoyage à revoir
L'appartement est bien équipé , bien situé , proche du métro et de nombreux commerces.
La place de parking est un atout surtout à Paris mais attention petit emplacement.
Le hic , c'est la propreté ! Nous avons trouvé un appartement pas propre du tout .
Le sol n'avait pas été fait .
Les toilettes et la sdb ont été nettoyé par nos soins car très limite.
Les oreillers sont bons à changer (jaunis) , tâches sur le matelas (peut être mettre des protèges matelas pour plus d'hygiène).
Les tapis ne sont pas nécessaires car des vrais nids à poussières d'autant plus qu'ils étaient sales.
Je pense qu'il faut être plus drastique sur le nettoyage si vous voulez conserver le bon état de votre appartement.

Très agréable séjour à 2 pas de Paris
Emplacement idéal dans un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable. Bois de Vincennes juste à côté, commerces tout proches et sortie de métro facile d’accès pour aller dans Paris. Accès pour Disneyland facile et rapide. Appartement bien équipé. Seul bémol, le couchage sur canapé n’est pas confortable pour un ado ou adulte (ok pour des enfants). La chambre parentale par contre est parfaite. Une très bonne adresse à conserver pour un prochain séjour dans la capitale !

Bonjour j'ai bien aimé l'emplacement de cette location par contre les divans-lits n'étaient pas très confortables et la propreté laissait à désirer (vaisselle sale dans les armoires, les carreaux cuisine sales aussi). Il manquait de serviettes de bain (nous étions 6 avec des enfants ... Sinon c'était ok car très bien placé et le proprio est super sympathique.

Highly recommended
5minutes down the road from our family, the apartment was ideally situated. It is close to the Metro, 15 mins to the RER and 5 mins from the Bois, Parc and Chateau. Ground floor, light and airy, the apartment was still affected by the heatwave in late June. However, we were surprised and delighted to find Clementine had thoughtfully supplied 2 fans as the heatwave intensified.
As soon as we have confirmed our next travel dates, we will be seeking to again book our accommodation with Clementine.

Perfect location for a music festival in Bois de Vincennes
5 of were very comfortable in this apartment. It was very clean. There was plenty of choice for groceries and restaurants. Clementine was a wonderful host.

Bel appartement proche du centre de paris
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette propriété. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Clémentine. L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé. 3/4min à pieds de la ligne 1 du métro et du tram. Nous étions 6 (2 adultes et 4 enfants) et pourtant pas à l'étroit. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement et y retournerons très certainement car séjour un peu trop court...

Zona tranquila y barrio bonito
La casa esta muy bien, con todo lo necesario y limpia. Está muy bien situada , cerca del chateau de Vincennes y de parques y zonas ajardinadas. Al lado del metro y del tren Rer. El barrio es bonito y tiene todos los servicios, tiendas restaurantes...

Agréable séjour de fin d'année
L'appartement est bien situé, au calme dans une résidence sécurisée, à 2 pas de la ligne de métro 1 qui nous emmène en 1/4h au centre de Paris.
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Clémentine.
L'appartement est agréable, je le recommande pour un couple ou une petite famille.

tres joli appartement fonctionnel et agreable, dans une residence " privée" gros avantage un parking, 2 inconvenients : rez de chaussé ( on ouvre rarement les volets ) et un gros loupé a la réception ( peut etre un accident )

Quiet Get Away From City Center
Our stay was quite enjoyable away from the Paris' City Center on our last weekend visiting France. The location is in a gated complex and very quiet. There is a wonderful city park about 2 blocks with lots of trails, benches and pond (with ducks which our toddler enjoyed feeding!). There is also a Monoprix and Franprix just a few blocks away (the apartment has plenty of grocery bags and cart to use). The downside: There are no fans so at night we opened windows (felt safe) but it did get a little hot. The sofa beds were on the hard side and seemed to tilt downwards making sleep a little uncomfortable. HOWEVER, the owner was quite accommodating and the communication was wonderful. The lady who greeted us was amazing and friendly. There is a metro station about 3 blocks from the complex (about a 5-7 minute walk) and we were able to get back into the city center in about 20-30 minutes depending on where we were going. Great Wifi!

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung an sehr ruhiger Lage im Osten von Paris. Die Wohnung liegt in einer mit Security geschützten Anlage und vermittelt so viel Sicherheit. Metro und Busse nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Ideal für 4 Personen.
