Fantastic location near O'Connell Bridge, which put us within walking distance to major city points. The road right in front of the entrance had some spaces to park our car temporarily to take luggage up (it's actually a taxi stop but never full with taxis while we were there, and the driver should stay in the car). Easy building access with electronic token. Big apartment with elevator and city view. Well-equipped kitchen with a fridge. Working washing machine and dryer combo unit, although the dryer needed some trial-and-error to get the clothes fully dry (no detailed user guide explaining the various functions/features). Comfortable bed with sockets next to it. Heater worked fine, although a bit noisy (not a big problem). Good lighting and WiFi, and TV worked fine with Internet. Towel rods and hooks in bathroom, but the wall mounting was coming loose. Super easy checkout process. All in all, this was the most complete and satisfactory accommodation we had in our Ireland visit.

Needed to pick up key from an office kilometers away, with supposedly free parking in front for customers, but turned out to be limited/restricted parking area further up belonging to others - had to depend on luck for available space. We couldn't know the exact apartment we were getting until check-in, not even the location. No kitchen towels.

The apartment allocated to us on arrival, namely Layfayette Building, D'Olier Street, Dublin was clean, well-equipped and suitable for our group after the Housekeeping Team sorted out our bed preferences the next day.

We were allocated a different location to that booked, but our only problem with this change was difficulties sleeping with continuous noise and traffic from a 24 hour fast food outlet near the building. The windows of the apartment really need replacing with at least triple glazing to block this noise and future booking information should point out this problem. There needs to be more information upfront about booking transfer transport, in that I had to change the transfer address from our original apartment booking (Parnell Boulevard) to the City Break Apartments main office in order to collect the keys. There was some difficulties in doing this and eventually I had to cancel the arrangements previously made completely and rebook the transfer under the Taxi heading because it was no longer an apartment location. I would recommend a review of the website to outline in more detail the differences in booking transport to an apartment or office address.

Appartamento molto ampio situato nel quartiere di Temple Bar, tutte le cose più importanti da visitare sono raggiungibili a piedi. Le fermate per i bus sono vicinissime, anche per raggiungere l'aeroporto. La struttura è molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La cucina è dotata di lavatrice, frigo e tutti gli utensili principali. C'è anche uno stendibiancheria e un aspirapolvere per ogni evenienza. Il secondo letto è ricavato dal divano apribile, il letto nella camera da letto è molto comodo e spazioso. Bagno di buone dimensioni con doccia e prodotti per l'igiene.

Solo un paio di piccolezze: le finestre sono un po' malconce e difficili da aprire/chiudere. Avremmo apprezzato un po' di detersivo liquido per la lavatrice. Abbiamo dovuto comprarlo per poi abbandonarlo in struttura. Forse sarebbe meglio chiarire prima della prenotazione che all'arrivo le chiavi devono essere ritirate presso un altro indirizzo non vicinissimo. Non è molto comodo raggiungerlo e spostarsi presso l'appartamento con i bagagli.

Location - very central and near trinity college however incredibly noisy with drunk people fighting out on the street every night

Lots of maintenance required. Blocker shower light not working which they did sort out but toilet seat loose , sofa bed collapsed in middle . Just general lack of tlc
