It was in a quiet leafy suburb, it was spacious and well appointed.
Having paid in full in advance, I didn’t like receiving emails asking me to click links to provide very sensitive information, such as my passport number (or similar) and my credit card number for a £200 security deposit. There was no office or shopfront where customers could provide the information requested and be confident that they weren’t dealing with scammers.
On-site parking was tricky on one day due to another vehicle being parked where we had been advised to park our car.

The location of the property was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment space as well as the quiet surroundings. Super hot showers at any time of the day. So easy to walk to the Downs and only a few minutes walk to get provisions at a local grocery store. There was also a brilliant Fish and Chip bar close by.
The property could do with a more comprehensive supply of utensils/more cutlery and new saucepans p,us the beds really need to have either good quality memory foam toppers or new mattresses.

Lovely street lovely area. they came out to fix an over flowing shower tray.
The house was surrounded with scaffolding that we had to step over to get to the lock box and again to get to the door. (Obviously we hadn't been told about any of this) Our car was covered with grit and dust. The builders woke us up early. The place smelt damp and wasn't very clean, the washing up liquid was watered down and the washing machine had mould inside, there were cobwebs etc it could have been empty for a while? It was a shame as it looked beautiful and was well equipped etc disappointed as it looked so luxurious
