Beautiful private property. Property is as advertised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Flaminio which is ideally located for visiting the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. My favourite was Assissi - the frescoes in the Basilica are stunning. Also worth a visit are Montepulciano, Cortona and Abruzzo. The villa’s lovely pool area is perfect for rest days between sightseeing. This villa has spacious grounds and plenty of room inside which was great when travelling with older teenagers. They also appreciated the reliable internet access. Local town is close by with good supermarket and shops. Great to have air conditioning n the bedrooms as it was very hot. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We had a great week in Villa Flaminio, what a lovely villa and grounds, lots of places to wander and relax. The pool was amazing with many relaxing hours spent there. Tuoro itself is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago are all within 30 minutes by car. I definitely recommend staying here and thank Yvette for meeting us and showing us around. So Grazie mille Paulo and ciao it’s been amazing

We had a great stay and enjoyed the historical house, the lovely and mystic garden with fireflies at night and the highlight is the pool, surrounded by trees giving privacy. We have booked our next stay for 2026 already. The house is secured by a fence, to the dogs could stay in the garden all day.
