The location was excellent and great to have its own parking. House was spacious and clean and we had a very good stay.
There wasn’t a lock on the upstairs toilet door.

Lovely house in need of a little TLC. Godsend of having the stair lift. Great location with beach, shops, arcade and places to eat well within walking distance. Plenty of room at the property, just feel it could be utilised better.
Bedrooms need thought about layout, could work well with some tweaks. Patio furniture needs replacing as there were only 2 chairs and one was broken. Agree with others that some pots/planters would look lovely rather than the sea of concrete. No real grumbles just missing some finishing touches.
Shower needs attention, cleanliness and door doesn't shut properly.

We enjoyed the personal touches such as beach towels and buckets and spades for children
Outdoor seating would have been an added bonus
