Great location and quiet (although out of term time so less students about). Short walk to shops on the main streets and plenty of parking available at night.
Entrance hall is shabby and not clean. Flat is looking tired and needs a repaint. Loose tiles on bathroom floor. TV needs to be replaced with a proper smart TV as terrestrial reception is poor.

Central location. Spacious flat
Need blinds on living room windows!! The sun made it boiling so couldn’t sit on sofas.
Would be good to have door stoppers to hold bedroom and bathroom doors open.
Windows need a clean!

Nice large lounge and kitchen. It was a central
Location, free parking and very quiet. The beds were comfortable.
The entrance and stairs up to property were really dirty and didn’t give a good first impression.
The apartment was clean in most areas but the cooker had marks and drips on the door and the large front windows could have done with a good wash. However there were lots of seagulls around.
No fan on the shower room so it kept steaming up.
