The location is great, plenty of parking, well equipped kitchen.
The floor needed a good mop, appears to be swept but needs a mop- dirty feet from walking bare foot
TV is fine but dated - i know its luxury rather than a necessity but a smart tv is not expensive nowadays.
The bathroom floor needs some work - soft in places.
The shower cubicle needs re-sealing.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Full working kitchen and access to a beautiful garden! Don’t know why anyone would choose a poky little hotel room over this…it’s lovely!

Good location, off road parking. Good stop for motorcycle touring
A bit run down, shower tray blocked, bathroom floor rotten. No forks in the cutlery tray. No washing machine.
